This is a very clean seperate apartment with large living room. It has fast internet, 2 smart TV's, sofa bed and many more other amenities to make your stay very comfortable. It is a lovely place for couple and family of four.

This property does not meet basic living or safety standards. The bedroom on the lower floor is located beside the furnace, meaning you are effectively sleeping next to where the home’s gas system is distributed. The room also has a very small window that does not appear to meet standard safety requirements. Additionally, there was no smoke detector in the room.The overall condition of the house is poor, with noticeable odors and a general lack of upkeep. Noise travels easily throughout the property—you can hear neighbors and adjacent occupants clearly. Cooking smells from nearby units also carry directly into the room, making it uncomfortable.The host is friendly and checked in a couple of times, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to cancel my reservation (as I was traveling with two small dogs), I found the policy very restrictive and would have lost 75% of the amount paid.Overall, I am very surprised this property has been approved by Vrbo, as it does not appear to meet basic safety or living standards

Good evening. How was your day. I am surprised at your review even after I did not want you to take the place with two dogs as I only accommodate a pet. I spoke to you at different time and you were very happy with the place with no issues at all. I did you a favor and you left a bad review that was never true. 1. There are two smoke detectors one at the back of the mirror and one in the kitchen. I can get you pictures. 2. The place was professional cleaned before you moved in which you confirmed 3. You have a separate unit to yourself with no disturbance. This is a house not a studio with sound proof. 4. This is a single apartment with standard window upstairs which can also be a bedroom. This place meet basic living and you are not the 1st person to stay here. I just feel you had this write up because tou were charged for the dogs which was stated on the booking site. 5. About strict cancelation, this is Vrbo's policy not me so tou could have called them to rectify this. In all I wish you the best in all you do buy next time try to be honest with your reviews.
