The space
This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor offers a comfortable urban retreat with contemporary design and stunning city views.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and extends to a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying evening sunsets. The living area is furnished with a cozy couch, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a Smart TV for entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for your stay, from cookware and cutlery to complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking supplies.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linens and built-in robes for ample storage. The main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine and ironing supplies adds to the convenience.

Wi-Fi for connectivity and remote work
Split system air conditioning for comfort
Guests can also enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a library, swimming pool, gym, rooftop BBQ, entertainment zone, and garden.

Guest can access the entire apartment, and the facilities provided in the building. (on first come first serve basis)
Keys to be collected from a local Key Exchange point, approximately a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
Key collection/drop-off hours are from 12pm - 1am Daily. Check in is from 3pm.
** For any check-ins or check-outs outside these times, please contact the host in advance.
Late notice requests may not be accommodated and, if approved, will incur an additional travel fee.
There is no parking available in the building; however, ample street parking can be found along the same street and nearby.
Other things to note
You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host at the time of your booking if you require more than 1 set of keys. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the swipe card and keys to avoid inconvenience.

This apartment is not brand new, while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.

Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them promptly. However, arranging for contractors may take at least 2-3 working days, and immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
