This charming 3-bedroom/3-bathroom townhouse is the perfect space for your getaway. Kids will enjoy our Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom and fun game room. The house includes high-speed internet and comfortable bedroom accommodations for up to six guests.



The Space:

This 3 bedroom townhouse includes two bedrooms each with a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. This townhouse is situated in The Hub at Westside Reserve, located just 25 minutes away from Walt Disney World. Your stay includes a welcome kit with some basic essentials to get you started. Please note we do not restock household essentials, so you will need to supply additional items for the duration of your stay if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to The Hub at Westside Reserve, a new gated community with a modern flair. Enjoy exclusive features such as a fully-equipped gym, a resort-style swimming pool, and EV charging stations, providing comfort and convenience during your stay.



✴︎ Please be aware that the community allows only two cars per unit. The parking hanger provided must be displayed inside your vehicle during the duration of your stay. Failure to do so could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. Please remember to leave the parking hanger before you check out. Thank you.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.



PARKING:

Only two cars are permitted per unit. The parking hanger provided must be displayed inside your vehicle during the duration of your stay. Failure to do so could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. Please remember to leave the parking hanger before you check out. Thank you.



-No grills of any type are allowed to be used or stored in units or used outside the unit.



BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Guest must be 21 years or older to book

- Only two cars are permitted

- Parties are not permitted

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee, and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address, and we are not responsible for unattended packages
