Esta es una villa ejecutiva de 4 dormitorios situada en este prestigioso desarrollo privado a pocos minutos de Disney.
Sentado en uno de los lotes exclusivos del lago a solo unos cientos de yardas de la casa club y todas sus instalaciones, esta propiedad es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de todo el tiempo que pasó en los parques.

Emerald Island es un complejo fantástico que ofrece mucho, las 24 horas vigila la seguridad de la comunidad, pero una vez dentro, se siente como si hubiera entrado en una reserva especial, Emerald Island está rodeada por un área de conservación y abarca más de 300 acres, con acres boscosos en el medio y en los lagos que lo rodean, esta es una comunidad fantástica y segura para que la use a su gusto.

La casa club también cuenta con todas las comodidades, desde una gran piscina hasta Internet y video juegos, junto con un área de juegos para los niños más pequeños y gimnasio y sauna para los mayores, realmente hay mucho para hacer, no querrás irte.

La casa en sí es una casa de 4 dormitorios que duerme cómodamente más, con su propia piscina privada climatizada sentada directamente en el lago y cocina totalmente equipada, nueva sala de juegos con aire acondicionado magníficamente equipada para incluir una mesa de billar de pizarra de tamaño completo, Air Hockey , Playstation 2 con juegos y 3 bicicletas

Usted elige si relajarse en una de las dos salas de estar o acurrucarse para mirar televisión con cable.

La suite del dormitorio principal tiene una ducha completa, así como un baño grande en la esquina, a esto se suma el gran vestidor y la televisión, y una vista del lago desde la ventana.

Otros tres dormitorios con servicio en el segundo baño con bañera y ducha también tienen armario empotrado.

La cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y las instalaciones de lavado, así como toallas, ropa de cama y utensilios de cocina también se proporcionan.

Great stay. Everything is as listed. Beds were big amd comfortable. The pool area was relaxing. It felt like coming home, which is great after long park days.

Couldn’t really see the fireworks (trees are too tall) but the property is as advertised. We loved the neighborhood and very close to Disney. Would stay here again.

Great Home -- I would definitely stay there again!

House was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious for my family. Convenient to lots of restaurants and activities, yet tucked away and quiet! Price was less expensive than a hotel room. We stayed for 5 nights and it was incredibly to have all that space and a pool too!

We have not gone to our property for almost 2 years now. Otherwise we go twice a year to check and upgrade. Last week we changed the sitting room furniture and pool chairs are coming in 2 weeks.

Good location family villa

Great location close to all attractions. Host answered all questions and got pool cleaned promptly as needed some tlc. Villa clean plenty of towels etc. cleaning, and shampoo essentials to get you by for the first day. It is a well loved/used villa, with some areas needing some upgrades but did not detract from our stay. the advert stated you could see fireworks but trees have now grown tall so this was not possible during our stay, Also the add said check out was 11am but is actually 10am, so check if this is important to you. we had a good vacation. Thank you

Wonderful location

Thought this property was great for a family with small children. We would have liked the pool to be warm but they have a club house that had heated pool and hot tub. We would stay again at this location.

Great vacation home close to the parks!

We loved our stay at this house. Great communication with the host. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Our family ( children & grandchildren ) looked forward to the pool in the afternoon after some hot days in Disney. Hope to come back!

Our home away from home for sure !

The stay was fantastic. We had all the info we needed to check in, which went smoothly. The house was very clean and had all the necessities and creature comforts we were looking for (the game room is great, and amazingly cannot be heard at all in the bedrooms!). The pool was warm (we asked in advance to have the heat turned on) and clean. Overall we couldn't have been happier with our trip!

House was nice, clean and close to main gate house. Property and access was perfect. The only downfall was the pool was not heated and the fridge leaked inside.

Perfect Rental

We have been coming down to the Kissimmee area since 2018 and this is by far the best rental home we've stayed at. Located on a beautiful resort with excellent security. The home was very clean with nice furnishings and a beautiful screened in pool heated to 86 degrees (if you set up pool heating) and enjoyed by all. The owner was great, very responsive to questions and maintenance issues. This is the perfect place for a family vacation, very close to the Disney parks.

Quiet house with water view

This house is in a nice neighborhood. Inside was clean. Outside furniture was a little worn and the outside space didn't feel as clean as the inside. Overall, we had a nice time and enjoyed the house.

Good value for money property, great location.

This property is situated in a great location, amazing to sit and relax and watch the wildlife out of the back of the property. The villa is well equipped and comfortable, is good value for money. The vills could do with some TLC but this did not distract from our enjoyment. Owner and managment company answered questions / resolved any issues we had quickly. Would recommend.

Villa was a good size and in a great location. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and the pool was never cleaned during our 2 week stay. It could also do with some upgrading ie. beds & pool table (there only one cue suitable for using).

Emerald Island Villa

We had a great five week stay at Emerald Island. The house was just as we had hoped from the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool with the extra pool heat. Our grandkids who visited for a few days thought it was awesome.We had one issue with the HVAC. We called, and they came within 20 minutes and fixed it quickly. Very impressive. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. We would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay was exactly as we expected. Property owner was quick to respond and the check in process was simple. Pool area is basic we didn’t choose pool heat so the initial plunge took ya breath away!! It was clean. I have stayed in other Emerald Isle properties that perhaps have a little more TLC. The house rules request garbage be put out with everything in one trash bag, no recycling, so we did so and put the trash can out each night for the first three days. On looking for more trash bags we discovered we had been given three!!! In addition we had a total of three toilet rolls and one kitchen roll. For a property with 4 bed rooms and sleeps 8that seems a little silly. However we bought our own and left plenty for the next renters…… your welcome😀 We stripped the beds, washed the sheets and the towels. Drying everything and leaving folded. Even gave cleaner a few left over beers…….. she was delighted. Altogether we enjoyed the property but please just help your guests follow the “rules” by providing Toilet and Kitchen rolls along with enough trash bags Glen April 24

Great time, close to ESPN World Wide Sport Complex

Very nice place, very clean, just about 20 mins from Disney ESPN World Wide Sport only 3 small issues We usually buy small amount of groceries to make breakfast since we spend all day on the fields. For the most time there are trashbags or we dispose trash on groceries bags, HOA is very strict about placing bags on 13gal bags, Good thing I always take pics as we arrive and I proved my bin was already full. We paid a $20 parking fee which I have never paid in my 5th or 6th time being in Vacation home in Florida. Good things It was only a vehicle lol. And for last, the range broke and we could cook the last 2 days we spend there so we had to throw the food away. We left the unopen cans to see if they donate it like in other places do. We did notify management and owner but I guess they couldn't get an electric or technician in such a short notice which is understandable, things happens unfortunately. Owner was very cooperative and very communicative with us. Some owners takes hours to get a response. I would stay again in this property if available on my next visit to Orlando. Thank you 😊

Tatty and wouldn't recommend with dangerous games room

The photos of this villa look amazing ... but the place is tatty and unloved. The furniture is very old and chipped. The crockery laid out on the table was chipped - not a great 1st impression. There were stains on some of the bedding and a partly painted wall in one bedroom. The Games room... what joke! The listing states "Brand new superbly equipped air conditioned games room". We look forward to unwinding in the games room in an evening but couldn't. The pool table had half the balls and the triangle missing. Table football had no ball and the air hockey was a death trap. We looked for a switch to turn it on and there were wires hanging underneath that looked very dangerous. We walked away in fear of being electrocuted. I've complained to the owner and he's not bothered. He just takes your money... On the plus side the Management Company were amazing.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous area, really close to the Disney parks.

Fantastic villa in a really great development. The 2nd bathroom door had a knack to shutting and the pool could do with a deep clean but overall we had a brilliant week in stunning surroundings. Thank-you Dev for letting us share your property.
