The Space:

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment near the Beach! This cozy retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a modern bathroom with a relaxing shower and wheelchair-accessible toilet, and a spacious living area perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with accessibility in mind, offering a wider layout and space for a wheelchair under the sink, making meal preparation easy for everyone.



Step out onto your private balcony, which has a ramp for easy access, and savor your morning coffee or unwind with evening views. As a guest, you'll have access to exceptional facilities, including an outdoor heated infinity pool, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. Convenient on-site parking is also available. Perfect for families, couples, and business travelers, our apartment offers a retreat with all the comforts of home and breathtaking views. Please note that this apartment is not part of Seashells Mandurah. Whether you’re exploring the Peel region or soaking up the sun on the beach, your stay promises to be unforgettable!

The apartment’s prime location allows you to easily stroll to nearby restaurants, cafes, the Mandurah Ocean Marina, and the beach. You can also walk along the stunning boardwalks of the Mandurah Estuary, enjoying the views and wildlife.



By Car: Having a car provides flexibility for exploring Mandurah and the surrounding Peel region. There are plenty of parking options in the town center, and roads are well-maintained and easy to navigate. With a car, you can visit nearby attractions like Dolphin Quay, the beautiful Serpentine Falls, or venture a little further to explore the Peel-Harvey Estuary and other natural landmarks. Mandurah is also well-connected to Perth via the Kwinana Freeway, just an hour’s drive away.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.



PARKING

-There is a parking bay available.

Love Mandurah

This property is in a great location to shops, restaurants, beach and the pool facilities are fantastic. The room has everything you need, a home away from home. The bathroom accommodates wheelchair facilities if required. The host was very easy to deal with.
