This Kiawah Island beachfront villa showcases recent renovations and is just steps from the beach.

This first-floor, three-bedroom, three-bathroom Windswept unit is filled with an abundance of natural light. It features its own access to the boardwalk, making this villa truly just steps from the beach!

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a beautiful coastal color scheme. A dining area is located just off the kitchen and is able to seat six. Heading into the living area, guests will find plenty of comfortable seating to relax and watch TV or cozy up with a good book. Should you find yourself needing to get any work done during your getaway, a small desk/workspace is available just off to the side.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, access to the villa’s spacious back deck, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The charming second bedroom also offers a king bed and access to the deck. You’ll also find this bedroom offers an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A covered deck has shared access from both the primary and second bedrooms. The third bedroom showcases two twin beds with a full bathroom that also has access from the hall.

There is plenty of outdoor space for guests to enjoy, and you can even access the boardwalk straight from the villa! Now you can enjoy the beach with simple and quick access right from the back deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
