Property Description

The Tidehaus at Duneside is a newly updated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath oceanfront villa on Kiawah’s quiet West Beach. With fresh renovations, high-end finishes, and a calm coastal palette, it offers a comfortable, classic retreat close to the sand and within walking distance of the Cougar Point Clubhouse, community pool and scenic bike paths.

During your vacation, make time to step outside and enjoy everything Kiawah Island offers. Located on Kiawah’s peaceful West Beach, the Tidehaus at Duneside puts you just steps from the sand. When you are ready for a beach break, take a 15 minute bike ride and you'll find Freshfields Village which offers shopping and dining.  Be sure to have lunch or drinks at the Turtle Point Clubhouse, which is a 5 minute walk from the villa.  There are miles of scenic trails perfect for biking and exploring. If you’re up for a day trip, downtown Charleston is only a 30-minute drive away.
