The open plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a bright and modern space to spend time with loved ones when you're not out and about discovering the local sights. Stroll home from the beach and cook up a feast in the large, well-equipped kitchen, which includes all the essentials you'll need including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and other basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Eat at the four-seater dining table or kick back on the sofa and watch TV. From the living area, glass doors slide open to a spacious balcony overlooking the Nerang River – head outside at sunset for sweeping, golden views of the city, river, and the mountains along the horizon.

Three bedrooms sleep seven guests, and all have direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed as well as an ensuite, the second bedroom has a double-size bed and a single, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The main bathroom features stylish floor-to-ceiling tiles and a modern vanity and mirror.

In addition to the pool, the building's shared amenities include a gym, tennis court, spa, and BBQ area, as well as secure undercover parking.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. You'll have access to a communal pool and gym. Please make yourself at home!

Just minutes from your front door, Nerang River offers a range of activities, from a romantic river cruise to water sports including boating, kayaking and standup paddleboarding. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk, so you can take a dip or a stroll on the sand before enjoying a bite to eat at a nearby cafe.

The popular dining and shopping precincts of Cavill Mall and Cavill Avenue are a short walk away, where you'll find a wide range of indoor and outdoor eateries and takeaway options, as well as department and specialty stores.

Other local attractions include Home of the Arts (HOTA), the Gold Coast's cultural precinct where live music, cinema and events are hosted throughout the year, as well as Sky Point Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
