Stunning, one story, Chandler home, HIDDEN HARBOR, with lake access, a game room with pool and other game tables, a fully stocked kitchen and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths could be YOUR family's new happy place. Outdoor paradise features a private pool with optional heat and basketball hoop, shaded and sunny places for dining and relaxing, gas fire pit and a built-in gas grill. The pool heat cost is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Four kayaks, 2 two-person adult kayaks and 2 single person child size kayaks, are ready for guests to paddle the sparkling, freshwater lake. Lake is private to the neighborhood and stocked for catch and release fishing.

Home is well appointed throughout. The great room and bedrooms have shiny new wooden floors. Open concept great room has a large, smart TV and comfortable, plush seating for group gatherings. Modern kitchen includes everything your chef needs to prep and serve home cooked meals and snacks. There is table seating both in and outdoors. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs are available to rent.

Spacious primary suite with king bed and TV has an en suite bath with dual sinks, garden tub and a large walk-in shower and closet. King bed has controls to elevate and lower head and foot of bed.

ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs for streaming your apps. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds; Bedroom 4 has a king bed. An Xbox has been added to Bedroom 3. Bathroom 2 has a tub-shower combo and 2 vanity sinks. A hair dryer is stocked. Pack N' Plays are available to rent.

Laundry room with family size appliances and detergent makes laundry tasks easy. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the single bay garage and 2 vehicles on the driveway. The moped in the garage is NOT for guest use.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. Some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

All TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
