Situated in Christchurch Central City, this brand new studio unit is the perfect escape from home. The property includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a balcony to enjoy the city. Complete with modern decor and furnishings, escape into the city. Complete with kitchen and laundry facilities.
Additionally, it is conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, New World Supermarket, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre. Free wifi.
Please note there is 1 flight of stairs to climb to reach the property, the living area itself is on one level.
The kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas are an open-plan studio. There is a Washer/Dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen as well as a fold-out dining table.
A Murphy bed/couch and wardrobe located are in the bedroom area. Also a full-size bathroom with tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity. With your own private balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
The location of 8 Wilmer Street is unbeatable. You will have easy access to all the local amenities, from restaurants and cafes, to supermarkets, parks, and shops.
The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during business hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note currently there is a construction site nearby, so some construction noises may be experienced during your stay.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including the enclosed balcony and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
