Central City Charm: Pet-Friendly Studio
Situated in Christchurch Central City, this brand new studio unit is the perfect escape from home. The property includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a balcony to enjoy the city, plus the added benefit of being a pet-friendly home. Additionally, it is conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, New World Supermarket, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre, and a wide range of other amenities.
Please note there is 1 flight of stairs to climb to reach the property, the living area itself is on one level. The kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas are an open-plan studio. There is a Washer/Dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen as well as a fold-out dining table.
A Murphy bed/couch and wardrobe located are in the bedroom area. Also on this floor is a full-size bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The location of 8 Wilmer Street is unbeatable. You will have easy access to all the local amenities, from restaurants and cafes, to supermarkets, parks, and shops.
The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during business hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Please note currently there is a construction site nearby, so some construction noises may be experienced during your stay.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
We allow pets but please be a responsible owner. Extra charges may apply.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including the enclosed balcony and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I would come back in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable: New World Grocery is literally next door, and you can stroll to the city center, Hagley Park, and the botanical gardens without breaking a sweat. It felt like a true home away from home, super clean, cozy, and everything just works. Sparkling surfaces, comfy vibes, and smooth communication with the host made the whole experience top-tier. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and the fact we were able to bring our cat with us made it even better. The apartment had everything we could need and more. It was super warm and comfortable and very quiet and a great central location.Thank you.

Great Place
This place is well located, near the centre of town, however parking can at times be an issue, when the street is full. The host was very friendly and helpful in all communications. The place itself is very clean, has a lovely shower and comfortable bed. All of the amenities are modern and well-maintained. There is no noise from the units next door.

Horrendous booking system
The property is awesome. Our only problems were the booking system and trying to communicate on a cell phone for email information to get into the property, which was given for the wrong property to begin with. This was most upsetting after a long drive, however when we got in & settled we really enjoyed our stay albeit a short one.
