Everything worked well and was great for our stay. Towels were oddly all damp, but we threw in the dryer and was all fine.

Lovely home, great location

This home was lovely, clean, and just like the photos! The location was perfect for us, an easy 20 minute drive to BalletMet for our daughter’s summer intensive. The host was super responsive to messages as well, though we didn’t have much we needed to ask about (just messaged about the grass needing cut more to let them know and they replied right away and sent the lawn care team as soon as the rain stopped!) Thank you! We will definitely keep this in mind if my daughter returns to BalletMet!

The house was very nice. It appeared to be a newly flipped house and might have been an early rental. Our recommendation is to have sale pepper condiments and basic cooking equipment in the house. We did buy measuring cups and spoons and a few other things and left them for the next renters

The space was a very nice size, the neighborhood was safe and put together. It was a good distance from the arena, which is why we went. We do recommend more items in the kitchen (such as plastic wear for kids) & items for bedrooms (portable fans, another side table in the smaller queen bedroom, black out curtains). We had quite a few cleanliness issues; splattered stuff on walls around trash can and on walls in bedrooms, black hair all over everything (tile floor, extra blankets, carpet), left garbage on floors like they hadn't been swept (chapstick under bed, used ear plugs on floor between couch pieces, random plastic spoon in bssement), missing/broken items (missing TP roll holder in main suite, broken conditioner pump in other bathroom), unkept back stairs and garbage blown into the backyard (weeds growing galore through stairs making it difficult to get down), water damage in the garage and random stuff in there making it difficult to park a car, smelly moldy laundry washer. The water pressure & temperature in hallway bathroom was very intense & scalding hot unless you adjust it a smidge just right (not for kids), & the main suite shower temperature and pressure did not match that at all. More TP would have been nice (came in to a used, almost gone roll). The couch was difficult to use for my mom would has a hard time walking. Each cushion is its own seat and detached so everything kept sliding around, although a neat idea. Comfy beds. Overall, it was okay.

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed.

This was the dirtiest rental we have ever stayed in. It started on the first day we were there, with our friends young son finding a dirty used tampon on the toilet seat when going to use the bathroom. Then it followed with someone else’s belongings being found in the second bathroom. This house had clearly not been cleaned between rentals. We rented this house because it had two bathrooms as we had two couples staying in the house. When they went to take a shower the water was either ice cold or scalding hot to the point you could barely touch the water with your hand. We reached out to property manager contact and expressed our concerns and issues. They told us they would send someone out to clean the bathroom as it was unacceptable to have these issues. No one ever came to clean or fix any of the problem. Our stay was for 4 days and the property manager showed up at the house the night before check out to “clean the bathroom for us”. This was useless as we were leaving in the morning. In addition to the issues that we came across there was opener and used containers in the refrigerator left behind by the previous renters. Also when we went to use the washer to wash some of our clothes, upon opening the washer there as black mold and the smell that came from the machine was nauseating and we had to immediately close the door. After all these issues, neither Evolve nor the home owner has reached out to use with any sort of reimbursement or consideration for our disgusting and disturbing stay in this house. I wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone as it is clearly a health hazard with both black mold and someone else’s bodily fluids left behind. This was the worst experience that we have ever had and I wouldn’t recommend never recommend Evolve to any other customer.
