Ohio State and Ohio Stadium are a 9 min drive, so fall game days and campus visits are easy. Guests describe a quiet neighborhood near a major road that makes it easy to get around town. Our fall picks: the Short North Arts District for dinner and a night out (13 min), Historic Crew Stadium (9 min), the Greater Columbus Convention Center (12 min), Nationwide Arena (14 min) and a riverfront walk on the Scioto Mile (15 min). All times are drive times.

You have your own side of a single-level ranch duplex, with your own private entrance, one step up, and self check-in with a smart lock. The patio is private to your side. The rest of the backyard, including the fire pit and yard games, is shared with guests staying in the other half of the duplex and is partially fenced, open on two sides. The washer, dryer and ping pong table are downstairs in the basement. Park in the one spot out back or free on the street.

• Second bedroom: cooling memory foam queen, earthy tones, great natural light, tower fan and dresser
• Living room: leather sofa that pulls out into a bed, 55 inch smart TV with Roku (log in to your own streaming), record player, Bluetooth speaker, board games, murals, neon sign and a hanging swing chair
• 1 full bathroom: tub and shower combo, mirrored vanity, hair dryer, vegan body wash, shampoo and conditioner, soft Turkish cotton towels
• Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, stove and oven, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, Brita water filter, toaster, blender, rice maker, bread maker, spice rack and gourmet knife set; table seats 6. There is no dishwasher.
• Work: dedicated workspace with a printer, fast WiFi and an ethernet connection
• Basement: free washer and dryer plus a ping pong table, down the stairs; the rest of the home is on one level
• Outdoors: a patio private to your side with outdoor dining. The rest of the backyard is shared with guests staying in the other half of the duplex and is partially fenced, open on two sides. There you will find the fire pit (usable in the cold months, firewood provided), Adirondack chairs, a hammock, rope lights, a gas grill and yard games like cornhole, ladder ball and Spikeball.
• Families: crib, pack n play, high chair, stroller, baby bath, baby monitor, gates and outlet covers available; the home is not fully baby-proofed
• Dogs: welcome case by case with approval before booking; pet towels and blankets provided

• The fifth and sixth guests sleep on the living room sofa bed.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
