Grand Vista Chateau is near Destin, Florida’s main attractions, including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping, and more. The luxurious appointments flowing through Grand Vista Chateau will renew your senses. Enjoy the open-concept living area, three king bedrooms, bathrooms for all bedrooms, crown molding, 8' interior doors, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, and two covered balconies.

*Check-Out – 10 AM (Central )Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
Four beach chairs are provided in the garage for you to take to the beach.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver along with deposit)

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Spa-quality amenities, including high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions, are provided.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Flat fee of $300 collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
