Additional Booking Notes:

-Hermosa Residential Resorts must approve any group under 30 before booking.

-Parties, weddings, or events held at the property must be pre-approved in writing by Hermosa Residential Resorts. Fees apply.
-The pool may be heated to 86F/ 30C for $419 + sales tax per week.

-Hermosa Resorts must have a valid credit card on file for accidentals for all reservations. Hermosa Resorts will send an additional email with more information once the booking is complete.

-Guest must complete the golf cart waiver to access the golf cart.
