Bring your family to the beach and stay at this gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo in Fort Walton Beach located on the Emerald Coast. Lots of room for all, perfect for one or two families. This condo comes with three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. This unit sleeps 8 with a King Sleep Number Bed from Select Comfort (sleeps like a dream) in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. TV's are provided in each of the bedrooms and a brand new 50" TV is in the living room. Safety Grab bars - included in all 3 bath tubs. The balcony has a westerly view of the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf - perfect for evening sunsets. Full size front loader washer & dryer - included for your convenience. Enjoy your days by working out in the gym, cooling off in the gulf front pool, or just wash your cares away in the hot tub. Kids can have fun surfing the net from your room while waiting for the outdoor family bbq dinner. Beach Service (one umbrella and two chairs complimentary in season) are set up for your convenience and enjoyment (March thru October). Just tell the beach attendant you are in Island Princess 617. It is difficult to list everything Okaloosa Island has to offer. Shopping, mini-golf, pier fishing, parasailing, beachcombing or a wonderful seafood experience at Crab Trap or Floyd's Shrimp House or Rock-N-Tacos nearby at the boardwalk. AJs Oyster Shanty is less than a 1/2 mile down Santa Rosa Blvd. Stewby's (the #1 rated seafood restaurant in the area) is only 1/4 mile away.

Island Princess - Condo #617

Pros: 1) The Condo was more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 children. 2) Was easy access to everything in Fort Walton. 3) Pool was a good size and hot tub was always hot 4) Condo was very clean Cons: 1) The icemaker is a little slow so you might want to bring ice. 2) The kitchen table needs some plexiglass or painted as it is wood and sometimes playing cards we got some splinters. 3) Only 2 towels in each of the three bathrooms. I think you need to put at least 4 towels in each bathroom so you don't have to run the washer so much. 4) Each room had tv's but the ones in the bedrooms were so little, hard to see from your bed. The one in the living room was great. We would definitely rent again if we were in the area.

Family Vacation

Condo was very nice. Kitchen was furnished with everything possibly needed. Bedrooms were nice size and loved that all had bathrooms. Family friendly area.

Comfortable stay at the beach

We had a nice stay while in town for a softball tournament. Property was as described and having a big space compared to others we looked at was much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. Everything worked as expected, and the kitchen had the tools we needed to make a couple of simple meals there. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The view is nice. We also appreciated the complimentary umbrella and chair service on the beach. The beach attendants were very polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the elevator on this end of the building was out during our entire stay. That made things pretty inconvenient and the other elevator too busy, but overall the stay was good.

Vacation Ft Walton

We visit Ft Walton every year for our family vacation. We like to try different Condo’s at Ft Walton. Island Princess is a nice Condo with spacious living and quick access to the water front. Mother Nature was not generous with sun and beach enjoyment this year. My only dislike there were long black hair on the floor in the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Had to sweep/ clean the floors to remove the hair upon arrival other than that the condo was clean.
