Fantastic Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was just as described and was very clean and up to date. We loved sitting out on the balcony each morning and night enjoying our coffee. Our kids loved being steps from the beach and pool. They also enjoyed being able to use streaming services on the tv. We had one issue arise with the refrigerator during our stay and the issue was handled within 30 minutes of me reporting it. I could not have asked for better service! I highly recommend this unit to families and we definitely plan to come back.

The property was clean and well cared for. The pool was somewhat smaller but as it was “off season” it wasn’t an issue. “Chan” the beach services guy was an invaluable source of local knowledge about places to eat and very helpful/ reassuring with info and opinions on hurricane Helene which impacted our stay ever so slightly. He really is an asset for the property.

Family get away!

This place was very roomy! It’s hard to find places with no bunk beds or twin beds for all couples, and this place offered just king and queen beds! Close to lots of things to do! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Island Princess Okaloosa Island through Legacy Vacations

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good beach week. The condo was clean. We had trouble with the ac in unit 615. Legacy sent one tech out who did very little to fix the problem but another tech came who fixed it. I didn't like how you can't see the gulf from the pool. The steps up and over the dune were impractical for older people. The pool is too small for that size complex. Other than these things it was a good week.

Great Gulf Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: IP 615 was perfect for us 3. Each bedroom had its own private bath which was great. The location was a perfect center point for shopping,eating,sightseeing and more. The gulf waves provided us with a lullaby after a busy day and the condo was quiet despite many guests at the complex. Contact with the owners and management company on just a few occasions was quick and both responded timely. Would highly recommend IP615 for a beach getaway. One suggestion would be to add drapes to the 1st bedroom. The mini blinds do not darken the room enough for the person sleeping in that room as the outside lights shine all night long. Might also suggest leaving a few coffee filters in the cupboard. These are Little things of course so not a big deal. Thanks!

Such beauty!

The porporty was beautiful! Covered reserved parking was so convenient. The only downfall was construction starting at 8:00am. No sleepimg in on vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a curtain on the bedroom window by the front door. The outside light shines in. We will definitely rent the unit again!

A little disappointing

The pictures online didn’t represent the room properly. The supplies provided were very limited not even salt and pepper and no extra blankets. The construction noise was annoying however we were told there was construction at the property after we booked. We didn’t expect the construction to involve the entire property. In the end the unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our visit to the beach!

Get away with grandkids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was easy to find along with easy entrance with the code instead of having to go to an office for check in. Condo was spacious enough for our 7 adults but upon entering we found the floors had a lot of sand, dishes were still in dishwasher, we weren’t sure if they were clean or not so rewarded them/drawers were empty. We brought our own crockpot, condo did not have one. The sofa sleeper did not have pillows, But luckily we brought our own so no problem. We found the beds were very comfortable, a/c worked great ! Washer/dryer are awkwardly placed in a closet but worked fine. Balcony views are amazing, furniture was bulky/heavy making the area a little tight. Had a great fireworks show from balcony. Overall we were really happy with the condo. We would stay there again. Restaurants, stores, shops are close. The beach and crab island were beautiful but had lots of jellyfish. I would recommend to fry/family to stay in #615/ island princess for a good time. Thank you!
