Villa 25 was completely renovated in late 2024, this is a three bedroom, three bathroom oceanfront fourth floor, end villa with large windows allowing great light into the space. Villa 25 is beautifully decorated in pale blues with splashes of color. Villa 25 offers an oceanfront master bedroom that leads onto the screened balcony, this offers the most fabulous views of Seven Mile Beach and The Meridian pool area. there is one more King bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and a further third bedroom with two twin beds, and also offers an en suite bathroom.

All three bedrooms has flat screen TVs that have over 100 tv channels and music channels, there is ample closet space all fitted with closet organizers and drawers. Every bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

The living room has the most wonderful sectional sofa that can seat everyone easily, a portable speaker and a flat screen TVs with over 100 program and music channels.

The stunning open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create great family meals, and perfect tropical drinks with your blender! Villa 25 has an Nespresso machine, Keurig and drip coffee machine as well as a kettle. The screened porch has a comfortable dining table with seating for six and lounging chairs, all which face the Caribbean Sea, providing gorgeous views of the ocean and our spectacular Cayman sunsets. Villa 25 offers free WIFI and free local calls. The villa includes one reserved underground parking spot.

Your villa will be supplied daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day) with, (and resupplied by) housekeeping dish detergent, paper towel, bathroom tissue and fresh towels with your housekeeping service. The Meridian beachfront grounds offer one of the world’s most beautiful white-powder sand beaches, oceanfront pool, beach front dining and lounging areas, four gas BBQ grills, showers, shaded huts and umbrellas. The beach and pool can be easily accessed via elevators or stairs. The Meridian is conveniently located a short walk from day spas, many restaurants, and beachfront bars. Delivery from most restaurants is available also, just add BENTO app to your cell phone.
