Nuestro apartamento en la planta baja de tres dormitorios frente al mar ofrece una cocina gourmet, un gran patio y un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 75 'con sonido envolvente Sonus. Elegantemente amueblada para su comodidad con aire acondicionado, la impresionante vista de Seven Mile Beach es su panorama.

Nuestro espacioso dormitorio principal ofrece vistas a la playa desde su cama extra grande justo al lado de nuestro patio de 400 pies cuadrados. La habitación también cuenta con un amplio armario con vestidor y un baño impresionante que ofrece un amplio tocador con doble lavabo y cuenta con un área de ducha que ofrece una ducha de lluvia de 14 'junto con seis duchas de cuerpo y una ducha de mano y de pared.

Nuestro segundo dormitorio es impresionante por derecho propio con su cama king size, grandes armarios y un enorme baño privado que ofrece una bañera independiente de tamaño completo que combina perfectamente con champán para dos.

This place was amazing right on the beach. It is nice it was away from the main section of 7 mile beach so they're not a lot of people walking in front of the beach but mainly just guests that were staying there which made it like you had a secluded beach. John was an fantastic host keeping in constant communication and very accommodating with our needs. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again forsure!

The only recommendation is to purchase some sort of small vacuum to vacuum sand and then dispose of the sand in garbage can. As I am sure you are aware the sand was everywhere.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this beachfront condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the large patio with direct beach access was a highlight. The location is ideal—close to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and private. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Exceptional!!! The condo itself is stunning, comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed and more. Felt like we were at home. The beach is wonderful and RIGHT there. Closer than most home swimming pools are to the house!! I was initially a bit disappointed to find that the neighbor hotels to each side had rock walls instead of being able to look up a long sandy beach, but we discovered this kept our beach very private. There was rarely anyone other than my family and the other families we traveled with on the beach. Kept the kids contained too. We walked up the beach one day and the other beaches up the way had tons of people, really making us appreciate our private are. There are rocks on the beach so I recommend water shoes, but this made the snorkeling so interesting and fun. We found 20 big conch shells, lots of fish, and even a sting ray! Having access to the host’s garage full of tons of beach gear was amazing. We especially loved the paddle boards, sand toys and cooler. Way above and beyond. John was so helpful. When my daughter locked us out of a bedroom one night, he sent someone to help right away and was so kind about it. Check-in was also very convenient. I was so appreciative we could drop bags and groceries before they were done cleaning and used the beach until ready. Location is very nice for access to all the good stuff on the island - everything is close and easy. Couldn’t recommend this condo any more. Enjoyed it more than the Ritz!! Thanks John!

Excellent Home

This property was in a perfect spot. Close to food and shopping but also quiet and serene. We were right on the beach with a beautiful sunset every night. Guarantee you will love this home.

Amazing

The view was amazing and the beach couldn’t have been any more perfect!! Step off the back porch and you’re there. Chairs and umbrellas all set up. Beach toys available. The condo was very clean and well stocked with dishes/pans and cleaning products.

Great condo with excellent amenities

It's a beautiful location, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Directly on the beach, lots of toys and things in the garage, nice pool. Overall it's an excellent property, and we really enjoyed staying here. The beach does have a submerged seawall and is subject to erosion, but we swam and enjoyed the water. Just needed some care with the rocks off shore.

Perfect spot for a family trip

The beach is right outside the back door, and the water is just a few steps further. The beach there is relatively quiet, and if you like snorkeling, there is sea life right off the beach. The condo itself is spacious, clean, well stocked, and well maintained, with plenty of space for hanging out both inside and on the screened porch.

Outstanding stay -- 10/10

Everything about the property and the service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend. We traveled with a 3 yo and a 3 month old, and it was a perfect setup. The Unit is very spacious , though we spent almost all of our time outside on the screened-in porch with an unimpeded view, sitting on the sand, or at the pool. The location is very convenient, with a variety of restaurants and stores within 100 yards of the driveway entrance. It was also quiet, particularly compared the rest of Seven Mile Beach. John, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, without any hesitation.

Spectacular Property, Location & Host!

We were a family of 4 and stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year's. This property exceeded our expectations! It is truly beachfront and comes with paddleboards, floats, life jackets, beach towels and great beach furniture. The layout is terrific, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, as were the bathrooms. The condo is very tech friendly with Sonos capabilities throughout the property and flat screens with streaming in living room and each bedroom.Not having visited Grand Cayman before we wanted to be in a central location and we were thrilled to find this property was right in the mix of many restaurants. 3 min drive from a very nice grocery, on site tennis and pickleball courts. The host, John, was exceptionally responsive. From restaurant recommendations to questions on how to access the streaming services he was very focused on ensuring we had a great vacation. We can't wait to return!

Outstanding Condo and Great Amenities!

We had an Excellent experience at this property. The host, John, was the best host we’ve ever experienced after staying at many VRBO properties over the years. The Condo is exactly as advertised and more. Excellent water toys for the beach, including beach chairs, floats, paddle boards and towels. The facility was also the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had as well. It felt like our home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cayman. The beach was awesome. Wonderful family vacation away from the snow. John communicated often and was very attentive. Thanks so much, John!

Beachfront walk out , great location

Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. They provided paddle boards, beach toys, extra beach chairs. Umbrellas and loungers directly outside the unit so you didn’t have to battle for space or shade. Loved hearing the waves lull us to sleep at night

Great Vacation

Highly recommended beachfront condo rental. Everything about this rental made for a great family vacation. Location: The condo’s screened in patio opens right on to the sand. The unit is on the southern end of 7-mile beach (just north of the Marriott). A beautiful grocery store is a 3-minute drive. A 6-minute drive to Georgetown. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo: The owner has side by side units (6 & 7). We stayed in #6. The 3-bedroom layouts are mirror images. Both are beautiful. (#7 is decorated more modern). Our condo was beautifully appointed and all furniture in perfect condition. . Very comfortable for our 6 adults & 1 child. High chair & pack ‘n play provided. Large fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. We ate all meals in the screened in porch with the sound of waves. The owner has included all the comforts of home (soap/shampoo in all showers, Q-tips,beach towels, some dishwasher & laundry soap, games). There is an entire garage full of beach games, snorkel gear, paddle boards, kid’s beach toys. The complex has a tennis court. Each side of the tennis court has pickleball lines painted with a portable net. The court has flowering bushes growing on the perimeter fence—beautiful. There is a nice pond with ducks & turtles in the middle of the complex. Our 2 year old grandchild loved feeding bread to the turtles. There is a very nice pool / hot tub / outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. We loved the grill…the hot tub was rarely hot eno

Cayman Beach Condo

Had a great stay - property owner was very communicative, especially considered that a tropical storm just blew in the week prior to our stay. He was very understanding to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, despite some limitations due to weather conditions. Condo was clean, refreshing, and overall property association was enjoyable. Garage had everything you would have wanted for the beach, which was an overall plus! Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip to Cayman

We loved our stay at Laguna Del Mar! The home had everything we needed with beautiful furnishings and finishes. We had three adult couples and an infant in our family and everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach access was immediately outside the screened porch and provided a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.
