The Space:
A great property that can easily accommodate 2 families in a wonderful coastal location in Eleventh Avenue, no need to try and find a carpark for your summer days at your choice of 3 beaches that are literally just minutes away by foot.
A huge open plan kitchen/dining/living area downstairs is sure to impress with a great size north facing entertaining area out the front complete with pizza oven and bbq. With 3 living areas split across 2 levels, the downstairs lounge opens out to the stunning pool (non heated) and spa with an outdoor shower and basketball ring out the back as well! There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 4 of the bedrooms are in the main residence, the 2 remaining bedrooms are located outside opposite the pool area. (refer to floorplan in photos) Main bedroom and new ensuite along with 3rd living area and 2nd dining are located upstairs, this opens out to another decking space that is a perfect spot for your morning coffee as you overlook the pool and even catch a glimpse of the ocean!
***Please note that linen is not provided, there are doonas and pillows but all other linen is BYO, there is an hire option via the agency if you wish.***

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.

The Neighborhood:
Approximately 5-10 minute walk into Point Roadknight and O'Donohue beach and 5 minute walk to the back beach.
