Four bedrooms feature queen beds, one offers a double bed, one has a trip0le bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), and the remaining bedroom has a bunk bed with optional trundle. This charming house is complemented by modern comforts, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The feature of this house is the different zones which allow privacy for multiple families or groups, whilst also offering as fantastic communal gathering area upstairs.

The main living area is located upstairs where you'll find a vibrant hub for social gatherings. Enjoy some friendly competition on the huge billiard table or enjoy relaxing with a book or a wine on the long veranda overlooking the huge yard. Upstairs also includes three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats 10, along with a cozy loungeroom.

The downstairs area is thoughtfully designed with privacy and versatility in mind. It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, and two additional kitchenette/living zones.

The expansive property is situated on a large block, offering generous grassed front and rear yards. The backyard is securely fenced, making it a safe and inviting space for children to play, and ideal if you'd like to bring your furry friend. There are bbq’s located both on the upstairs veranda and on the downstairs patio, perfect for a summer gathering with family or friends. There is heating and air conditioning throughout ensuring a comfortable stay.
