The Space
First Floor – Entertainment & Fitness: Enjoy a game room for friendly competition and a gym to stay active, along with a half bath and garage access.
Second Floor – Living & Dining: The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room create the home’s social hub. Step onto the wooden deck to take in peaceful wooded views.
Third Floor – Bedrooms & Baths: The master suite offers a king bed and spa-like en-suite with jetted tub and walk-in shower. A queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill full bath. Laundry facilities are also on this floor.

The Neighborhood
Located in the lively South Side, you’re close to South Side Flats with its great dining, shopping, and nightlife. Popular attractions—including Downtown Pittsburgh, Phipps Conservatory, and the Three Rivers Heritage Trail—are a quick drive or walk away.

House Rules & Notes
• We do not rent to local Pittsburgh residents to maintain a vacation-focused environment.
• The home sits beside a railway line; occasional passing trains add an authentic urban ambiance.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!
