Comfortable house as listed. Super friendly host with great food and entertainment suggestions. Loved the neighborhood- walkable to many fantastic restaurants and shopping. Easy ride-share trips to games and airport. Perfect for 2 couples and could’ve held more.

House was clean and exactly as described in the listing and within walking distance to restaurants. Neighbors were nice and friendly as well! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time hanging out and playing cards in the kitchen.

Great place to stay!

The house was very nice and location was good. Walking distance to nice restaurants, the incline to down town and then to downtown. I would highly recommend.

Pittsburgh Trip

We flew in from California to visit family and spend time in the city. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed staying in Mt Washington. The house was perfect.

Cozy place that’s great for staying to visit the city!

The property was in a great place. Far enough from the city to avoid the traffic area but close enough to walk into the city if you enjoy walking. The observation points that you can walk overlook the entire city were wonderful. Perfect place to watch the sun set or rise!Highly recommend if you’re looking for a way to see and visit the city without needed to worry about driving into it!

A great place in a great location. We were able to get to all the main attractions of Pittsburgh that we came to see. There is a lot of great food that is an 10-15 minute walk from this place. Courtney was very kind and positive before and during our day. We did not have any issues. But if we did, I believe she would have been very responsive and helping us. I highly recommend this place.

Home was clean, cute, with a convenient location. Parking was street parking but always had an open spot in front of the home. Communication was fast and easy. The only negatives would be bathroom location. There is no bathroom on the main floor, they are located on the second floor and in the basement. Not a big issue but can be difficult climbing stairs in the middle of the night for the third floor and first floor bedrooms.

We were 6 adults. We brought three cars as we live in different places. We had no trouble with the street parking. House was adorable and comfortable. We had a great time. We spent a lot of time on the front porch as we came to relax with friends. Great location and we were able to walk to things to do and places to eat. Convenient store and grocery store were very close to walk to also. The incline was within walking distance too and riding it down the hill took you to a bunch of other things to do and see.

The price point for the location had much to do with the decision about this stay. First, I must say the management company overseeing this property was very responsive to questions asked. Thank you, Cortney. My wife and I booked the unit and my 30-something daughter, and her husband joined us too. It was good for us as we basically slept, showered and made a little breakfast each morning. The house had 3 bedrooms, but no sitting/tv area to accommodate 6 adults. If you did as we did sleep, shower, breakfast it could work. Probably better suited for a younger family. The layout was not typical. First floor bedroom and kitchen. To get to the second floor you proceeded up a steep stair way where there was a sitting area with a tv, small couch and a chair. Plus, a bedroom and a full bath. The third floor had a large bedroom with a sitting area and a good sized tv. In the basement there was a full bath as well. The home was clean, and I'll give it 7 out of 10. There were no parking spaces on site as we parked on the street and most of the time, we were able to find 2 spaces for our vehicles in front of or near the unit. Overall, it worked for us.

Great spot to be located. By downtown without being in downtown. Hosts had great recommendations as far as food and other activities. House was updated and nice and accommodated well

The house was very clean, modern, and had lots of amenities (shower products, hairdryer, k-cups, clothes hangers, etc.). There were multiple TV's with many channel options. We walked to Shiloh Street and the incline in less than 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

Great Experience!!

We were a group of moms staying in Pittsburgh to visit one of the daughters. We picked this home since it was close to hers and we were very pleased with the wonderful rental!! Courtney was very nice and responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the decor was very nice. Thank you for the welcome gift and allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. We would definitely stay here again next time we come for a visit!!

Overall, this home was not conducive for our family of six adults. There were no spaces (kitchen, living room) that had space for six people to sit and be together. The host was very responsive and did bring over two additional stools so we could all eat together in the kitchen, but the upstairs living room only had a loveseat and a chair, so the rest of us stood or sat in the floor trying to watch a football game together. You also need to know that there is no bathroom on the main level, and the stairs between all of the levels are very steep and narrow. This was difficult for all of us, but especially our parents, who are in their 70s. The second bathroom is in the dark basement with very low ceilings. Needless to say, all six of us ended up using the other bathroom which just made getting ready a bit challenging. I also suggest the home undergoes a deep clean, as there were inches of dust on the ceiling fans, at eye level on the bathroom fan, etc. This home blew up my allergies and I’m certain it was all of the dust in areas that don’t get cleaned on a regular basis.

Modern Duplex

The listing said nothing about parking, so I emailed the property manager, who immediately responded saying that there was off-street parking. This was key for us because my boyfriend would be returning at 6 am. However, there was only on-street parking. I emailed them asking about it and was told it was a mistake on their part in the email. The place was well kept but smelled of pot at random times which I assume was coming through the walls. The pictures did not show all of the stairs or how steep the ones from the main floor to the second floor are. As someone with bad knees, it would have been nice to know ahead of time about all the stairs.
