Please note prior to booking, this property is adjacent a main road and some vehicle noise can be heard from the first bedroom. Please be aware of this before booking.

While the road is nearby, we’ve designed the space to be as peaceful as possible and provide a relaxing retreat for our guests.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to comply with local regulations, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:




1. Noise Policy: Our neighbourhood values peace and tranquility. Please adhere to our strict no loud music policy at all times, both day and night. Background music is welcome, but it must not be audible to our neighbours. Noise alarms are installed on the property to notify when the sound levels are too high.



2. Guest Capacity: To maintain the charm and comfort of our property, we limit the number of guests to 16 at any time, day or night.



3. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.



4. Quiet Evenings: To respect local laws and our neighbours, outdoor areas, including the deck and spa, are off-limits after 10:30 PM. This helps ensure a peaceful night for everyone in the community.



5. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 16.



6. No Bucks or Hens: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks or hens parties on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
