Welcome to the Turtle's Nest! This direct oceanfront 3rd floor condo has spectacular ocean views from your private balcony and living room! Enjoy the sunrise, dolphins, Tybee Island, beach and so much more. Enjoy unobstructed views of the sky and stars without the worries of noise coming from a unit above. You will not want to leave the balcony!
We supply; coffee, tea, creamer, sugar substitutes, spices, oil, vinegar, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash--all the comforts of home! Bring your bathing suit and a book, sit back and relax!

Travel & Leisure has named Hilton Head Island The Best Island in the United States. The Island was just awarded America's Favorite Island 2017 by Reader's Digest Magazine and stated "There are 12 miles of beach on Hilton Head, and that is just the beginning of what to do while vacationing. Golf, tennis, and horseback riding through a nature preserve are just a few of the many alternatives to sun and sand. The island has 250 different restaurants." Also new this year, HGTV 2020 Dream Home is on Hilton Head Island.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10 am. No smoking in unit or on deck. In accordance with the condominium association rules, no pets are allowed. Must be 25 years or older to rent this unit. The rates listed below include the cleaning charge however do not include the 13% tax and $150 refundable (if there is no damage to the condo) security deposit.

Wonderful stay

Perfect condo for two. Exceptionally clean and well maintained and everything you need with a lot of extras. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio with the beautiful view of the beach. So convenient to beach and Coligny Plaza. Many restaurants and shops including Piggly Wiggly in Coligny Plaza. Great communication with Patti and easy entry to condo.

Great location

The property was as described with lots of small touches, i.e. the spare packets of tea, spices, new toothbrushes, etc. Great view of the beach and ocean. Walking distance to everything the Coligny Plaza area has to offer.

Perfect location and great view of the beach/ocean

We decided to take a quick first time trip to HHI. Location is perfect! Literally a quick walk across the street to many shops & restaurants. The condo had literally everything a family could need. Very clean and details for arrival & departure were so simple. And the views were the best! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful place

My partner and I had a delightful stay in Hilton Head during the second week of December. The rental was impeccably clean and just a short walk to the beach, perfectly matching the listing description. Stunning views

Wonderful ocean view from balcony to enjoy sunrises and happy hours. Walking distance to Coligny for shops and restaurants is the best part of this location. Our stay was quiet and relaxing and host was responsive. Look forward to staying here again.

Highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. It had stunning views of the Atlantic. And, you truly could sit and watch the sunrise from the balcony. Incredible! It was well appointed with all items you would need for a beach vacation. All communication and entry processes were easy. Thanks for sharing your great villa!

Great location but in need of updates and cleaning

Great location. Communication with the owner was good and checkin/checkout was smooth. There were issues with 2 of the 3 doors not closing and door on the dryer was broken. Also, underneath the bathroom vanity, dresser and bed were in need of additional cleaning.

BEST BEACH VACATION

What an amazing property right on the beach! The unit was clean and cozy and the property owner quickly responded to messages. We had other family members staying in various units but we truly felt ours was a gem! The unit had a large beach umbrella, multiple beach chairs, AND a cooler! We flew in from out of town with our 2 kids so this was incredible that all the above was provided and truly made for the best beach vacation. We definitely hope to return to Hilton Head someday and we would stay in this unit again 10000% =D

We absolutely loved our stay at the Breakers. The u it was clean and everything you need right at your finger tips. The view was awesome and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would love to stay again.

A great stay at Hilton Head

We had a great stay at this location. Our host was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. This was the second time we stayed at this unit. It is very clean and nicely decorated. It has a very comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrise and it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Thank you host Patti !!

Wonderful beach view condo

This is a wonderful rental! It looks even better than the pictures. Very cute and a well set up interior. It is small but very functional. The sea decorations are very cute. You truly have everything that two people would need. The view out the door wall and on the deck is amazing. Even though we had light rain on a couple days, we still could sit on balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We simply enjoyed the view for a lot of our stay. It is a very quick walk to the beach on the property. It is also a quick walk across the street to restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store. The rental was very peaceful and quiet. We simply loved our stay at the Turtles Nest and plan to return in the future!!

Perfect for two!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo for a few days in November. The space was perfect for my mom and I and the instructions made arrival a breeze. The coffee and tea bar was such a delight and became a must to start our mornings. Look forward to coming back again - I miss the view already!

Perfect for my husband and me! The view from the balcony and the condo location was perfect, being steps from the beach and across the street from Coligny square with restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was provided. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Incredible Ocean View!

We loved our stay at the Turtle’s Nest. Patti was very accommodating. The space had everything we needed for our vacation. The view from the deck was incredible! The location to the beach and fun in the ocean was literally steps away. I have a bad knee, but I could do everything (beach, Coligny Square for meals and shopping) because it was so close. Thank you, Patti, for sharing your little piece of paradise.

Exactly what we needed

My husband and I spent a week at the condo. The host thought of every detail to make this a perfect relaxing beach vacation. We had ample towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, morning coffee, books, games, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a binder with restaurant recommendations, even binoculars to help us see the resident buck close up. We loved the location so much that once we parked the car upon arrival didn’t use it again until we left… the location is walkable to everything we needed. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us!

Originally from Massachusetts, we raised our five children in MD--right outside of DC. We now have four adorable grandchildren. When we are not with them, our next love is the beach. The Breakers makes so much sense for us because when we have time to travel, we want it to be convenient and easy! Buying this condo gave us those two things. When you stay, you will not want to leave. You have the beach, restaurants and shops at your fingertips. No matter want you want to do, it's available within walking distance-beach, biking, shopping, music, etc.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We stayed at the Breakers 10 years ago and loved the convenience! We could walk out the front to the beach to sit and relax or take long walks. If we walked out the back, we were across the street from Coligny with all of it's restaurants, shops and stores. Pool Bar Jim's and the Tik Hut were within walking distance! We could ride our bikes all over the Island!
