Beautiful 4 story house with stunning 180 degree views of Lake Travis. Located near Lakeway Marina with a dock and room for up to 17 people. Newly renovated master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, and large patio that wraps around entire house on the fourth floor. Third floor is 2500 sq feet and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, second kitchen, and large game room. House has an elevator, dock, 2 floors of patio, large yard and open concrete area under the house. There are 2 King beds, 2 twins, and 3 Queens. On the top floor there is a patio that wraps around the entire house for 360 degree views of lake Travis and Lakeway. Newly renovated master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, living room, and small bedroom on the top floor. Large open area downstairs with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, second kitchen, and game room with ping pong table. Bellow the house is a shed with refrigerator, coolers, life jackets, and lawn chairs, floats, and dock.

House was fantastic. It was a little dirty but i attribute that to turning on the AC and stuff blowing out of the vents. Mainly in areas where the vents are. Otherwise, fantastic house right on the lake. no issues

Fabulous Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this VRBO! The house was spacious and had more than enough room for our entire family to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was fantastic—fully equipped for all our cooking needs and made preparing our Thanksgiving feast a breeze. We loved the stunning lake views, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor space was perfect for family activities—plenty of room for games, walks, and enjoying the fresh air. This home truly made our holiday unforgettable. Highly recommend it for any family looking for a comfortable, beautiful getaway!

This house was a great location and perfect setup for about 10 people. The porch was awesome and the space was great for entertainment on the 4th. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay here! Our group had the most amazing time. The property was so unique, spacious, and overall perfect for a big group. Zach was super communicative and helpful as well. We take a lake trip every year and this was, without a doubt, our best one yet. HIGHLY recommend!

Family Lake Time

The property and lake location is beautiful. Zach is quick to respond with any question and was very generous to allow us to use the mule to get down to the water since the lake level is very low. The house and amenities are very comfortable. The views from the upper deck were amazing. We all enjoyed our stay at this property. Our son brought his boat and was able to safely tie it off on the dock. The low water pressure made it difficult to wash dishes, use the clothes washer and take showers. However, the home accommodated our large family very comfortably.

Beautiful house, friendly & attentive owner

There were 9 of us, friends & family, ranging in age from 29 to 72. This house is modern, spacious, comfortable, and cheerful. The 1st level has a patio, a spacious yard leading to the lake, and the entrance to the elevator (a big asset) which goes up to all 3 floors. The house is on stilts (as are many houses on that street). There are no rooms on the 1st level. The 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms and bathrooms. Both floors have kitchens. Both floors have large flat screen smart TVs which work beautifully, and comfortable, roomy couches. The bookshelves are stocked with books and plenty of board games. The ping pong table was fun. The house has 2 kayaks, as well. But if you don't feel like dealing with transporting the boats down to the lake, there is also a kayak rental place less than a mile from the house. 6 members of our group did the rental option and exuberantly paddled over to our dock to say hello. Right now, there is a drought in Texas (April 2024) but this lake still had plenty of water for tubing, boating, or other water sports. There are restaurants & supermarkets 15 mins from the house. Zach, the owner, was consistently attentive and responsive to all of my questions prior to arriving and during our stay. He was super friendly and readily offered helpful tips about the house and the area. It was a pleasure to have him as our host. We all had a fabulous time and would return in a nanosecond.

Lakehouse Family Memories

Thank you Zach and Marissa for sharing your wonderful lakehouse with us! We had the most enjoyable time with our big (extended) family! We needed a large house with lots of bedrooms and enough space for everyone to eat, relax, and play - and your home did not disappoint! We enjoyed all the amenities, the beautiful lake views, swimming and floating at the doc, and the communication with you was spot on! We are so grateful for the hospitality and accommodations. We made some awesome memories while visiting your special property:)))

Hidden gem in lake travis!

We absolutely loved our stay here! There was plenty of space for everyone, and having water access with tons of floats available was an absolute game-changer in the heat! Zach was super communicative and responsive, and when we had a minor issue, he jumped in right away and rectified it. Overall the place was magical and we will absolutely be back! P.S lots of stairs, if you aren't comfortable with a ton of stairs, keep that in mind! There is an elevator that we used for groceries! :)

Absolutely Amazing

What and experience! This property is absolutely fabulous. Enough space for everyone plus guests. Never crowded! Gorgeous views, direct lake access and able to dock a rented boat. Zach was a great host. Available for any questions, and received immediate answers.

Beautiful views

We had a great family vacation and enjoyed the porch and beautiful views of the lake! We were thankful for the elevator as our older parents where with us and there are a lot of stairs to climb but we knew this ahead of time. Zach was great to respond quickly with any questions we had and gave great recommendations on things to do and see.

Lots of living space and Great Lake views. But many, many stairs to go up three flights to get to main living space. Be ready and in shape to handle this.

Hidden Gem in Graveyard Point

This property was among the best value waterfront rentals we could find on Lake Travis and we were not disappointed. The property is elevated with panoramic lake views from both floors. This was a great spot for a post-COVID family getaway. Ping pong room was a fun added bonus, as was the sizeable shared spaces throughout the house, which were perfect for our group. Hosts were also very friendly and responsive.

Memorial Day Weekend 2021

Renting this property was an easy and fantastic experience! The Property was exactly as advertised and was ready for our arrival. The owner sent a helpful package of information about the house, the area, and rules/expectations. He was readily available via phone and text. I would highly recommend renting this property and we may be back in the future. You won’t regret your stay here!

Exactly what we needed... and more

This lake house was just what we needed. It is far enough to disconnect, but close enough to anything we could possibly need. The house was clean, the kitchen was impressively stocked with any equipment you would need, and the beds/linens were the most comfortable we have slept on when away from home. The views of the lake and the surrounding area are spectacular with the wrap-around porch, and the furnishings outside lend themselves to spending time relaxing with the view. The house has its own charm with the perfect mix of vintage and contemporary decor. It has its own Netflix account, endless board games, and strong wifi. Communication with the owner could not have been any better. He was attentive and promptly responsive since the moment we booked and throughout our stay. The kids enjoyed hanging out at the dock and flying a kite on the grounds. All in all, this is a wonderful property and we would love to stay here again.

Lake house with amazing views.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the lake. Very clean and hosts were responsive. Would’ve loved to have been able to enjoy the outdoors but unfortunately a winter storm decided to grace us with its presence. Would definitely stay here again.
