Duplex bungalow with 2 suites on the upper floor, located in the Imbassaí Privilege Condominium — a complete condominium with swimming pools, courts and gym, right on the beach, with direct and private access to the beach and river. A sophisticated and fully equipped space, with facilities for up to 8 guests (max. 6 adults), just minutes from environmental reserves and Praia do Forte beach. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends seeking tranquility, comfort and contact with nature by the sea. The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people (guests and occasional visitors), with a maximum of 6 adults. There are no extra charges for electricity, water or gas. These costs are already included in the total reservation price. White, 100% cotton bed linens and towels, including pool towels, are included in the stay. For longer stays, if a change or extra items are needed, the service can be requested for an additional fee. Pets are allowed with the payment of an extra fee per night (already included in the stay price). A maximum of 2 small pets (up to 6kg) are allowed. The condominium is located on the beachfront, with direct access to a quiet and uncrowded stretch of Imbassaí beach, ideal for swimming and for children when the tide is low. The bungalow is located on the opposite side of the condominium, in the quieter area and furthest from the beach entrance (300m). The condominium's shuttle cart can be requested for transportation. The beach area with kiosks, services, and the river mouth is approximately 900 meters away. Three beach chairs, one large parasol, one cooler, and one cart/table for transport are provided free of charge. A large supermarket, restaurants, and pizzerias are located about 900 meters from the condominium. We recommend using your own or a rented car during your stay for greater comfort and convenience. Regarding the accommodations: The property has 2 complete suites, both with air conditioning, comfortable queen and king beds, as well as single bunk beds, accommodating up to 3 people per suite. The suites also feature a wardrobe with a mirror and drawers, charming décor, and blackout curtains, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. The bathrooms have hot, strong water, as well as liquid soap and a hairdryer. Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, as well as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and all the necessary utensils for preparing simple or more elaborate meals. Living Room: An air-conditioned space with a sofa bed for up to 2 people and a TV, ideal for relaxing or watching a movie after a day at the beach or... tours.
