This charming holiday townhouse is tucked away in the peaceful backstreets of Caloundra, offering a fantastic location just minutes from Caloundra’s best beaches and Bulcock Street’s shops and cafes. The two-storey townhouse comfortably sleeps 3, featuring two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the outdoor spaces with two balconies, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor - ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning Sunshine Coast.
The Space:
As you enter this charming townhouse, you'll be welcomed by a cozy open-plan living area featuring a round dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV, all leading out to the balcony with a high-top table. On this lower level you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking away from home, as well as a laundry area with a front-loading washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you’ll find the below bedroom configuration:
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, an AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard, plus glass sliding doors that open out to a charming back balcony with two sun lounges.
Bathroom One:
Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom Two:
Furnished with a comfortable single bed, this room has an AC unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Work From Space:
At the top of the stairs on the landing, you'll find a convenient work-from-home nook equipped with a desk, chair, and monitor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, plus one car parking space in the undercover carport.
The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is perfectly situated for exploring the Sunshine Coast, just a short drive from some of Caloundra’s best beaches, including Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, and Moffat Beach. At Kings Beach, you’ll find a patrolled beach, surf club, beachside pool, parks, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to discover. The main street of Caloundra is only a 2-minute drive away, offering a variety of boutiques, cafes, and dining options to enjoy.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The townhouse is approximately a 1-minute walk (50m) to the Mary St near Arthur St bus stop, where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (westbound).
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*This townhouse is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
