This authentic beach shack is in a quiet residential street only 350 meters from Caloundra’s most sought-after restaurants and beachfront – Kings Beach. Shelly Beach, the local dog beach, is also just a short stroll. This home was originally an authentic beach shack that has been converted to a tastefully designed, coastal abode.

The Space:
Your home away from home. Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while you relax and unwind. The beach shack offers the perfect laid back holiday destination. This home has been purposely designed to create a unique holiday experience. There is something for everyone to do. This coastal beach shack features 3 bedrooms to sleep 5 people, 1.5 bathrooms and three separate living spaces to sit, relax or entertain in any season. The huge backyard provides ample space for your kids and pets to play to their hearts content. At the end of the day, the leather sofa has enough space for the whole family to sit back and relax in front of the television.

Spacious Yard:
One of the benefits of this accommodation is the large fully fenced yard and undercover entertainment area. Enjoy a BBQ on the front balcony with the whole family on the 6-seater table that has the option to extend if you have company.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
We call this your home away from home for good reason. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and induction cook top. Full sized fridge and double sink. Kettle, toaster and toasted sandwich maker.

The Master Bedroom:
Open and bright with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, the master suit is perfect for any couple on vacation. The large king size sleeping duck mattress with a cooling mattress protector, paired with soft resort quality pillows will have you looking forward to falling asleep every night. After a long day at the beach, curl up and watch a movie on the 42-inch smart tv.

Other Bedrooms:
Designed with families in mind this beach house offers two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast coastal vibes, complete with ceiling fans, hotel quality pillows and good quality mattresses to ensure a quality night sleep for the entire house. The first bedroom has two long single beds, and an egg chair for relaxing. The other bedroom features a single bed.

We have endeavoured to make your holiday extra special and stress free as possible.

The property has unlimited free NBN high speed internet and offers two flat screen televisions.

The sea breeze flows through the house on balmy summer days; however you will find split system air conditioning in both the main living space and master suit.

To make packing a little lighter, we supply all linens for the bedroom and bathroom. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash to use during your stay. Basic cleaning products are also supplied, there is also a laundry under the house that is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home for your stay including the front driveway to park 2 cars and the backyard. Rooms will be made up according to guests numbers on your booking.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Getting Around:
Park your car/s in the driveway and walk everywhere! You’re only a 350m walk to the beach, right next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere! There are also local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately an 5-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
