I am sorry to hear you experienced some problems during your stay and we have already addressed this with our cleaning team - hopefully the full refund of the cleaning fee was sufficient for your group. Regarding the floor level, sorry for the confusion with your interpretation of the room number, as there are several Phoenix complexes and this is room number 3 on the 8th floor of the 3rd building. Good afternoon, thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Sorry to hear you had issues with some of the bathroom fixtures and wish we would have been made aware while you here - we were able to remedy the problem right after your departure. We actually just replaced the King mattress last year as well as other furnishings that were updated, but sorry to hear that it wasn't to your liking.
