The Space:

Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. Want some breathtaking views? Only need one bedroom? Only have four people? Answer yes to the above and this adorable one-bedroom condo is your new vacation spot in Orange Beach!



Located on Perdido Beach Blvd, Lei Lani Towers are located on the Gulf, not far from the Perdido Pass Bridge!! Enjoy the views from this fourth-floor condo!



This adorable condo has a king-size bed in the master suite with a flatscreen television. The sofa in the living area pulls out into a Queen-size bed, so the condo comfortably sleeps up to four people! The living area has a large flatscreen television, and you can face the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach! Free WiFi is also provided.



The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans you need whether you plan to dine in or carry out! Completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances!



The complex contains an indoor pool on the gulf side. The other side of the complex has tennis courts, two outdoor pools, BBQ area and a pier!

Quick Fall Getaway

Nice for a quick get away. We loved the views and convenience to shopping and restaurants. Decor was a nice subtle beach theme. The sliding glass door opened to small lanai that felt a little too narrow for me personally. We spent our time on the beach or enjoying the view and ocean waves from the main room of the condo. We stayed here Fall 2023.

Enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach. It was a very cozy and friendly place. We had everything we needed and all the extras. Loved how easy the doors to the balcony opened. My 85 yr old mother had no problem opening them to sit on the balcony.

Just as great the second time around!

We always stay at the Lei Lani when we come to the beach and this year we chose to stay in the same condo that we stayed in last year. We really enjoyed it last year so decided why mess with a good thing! We like the Lei Lani because it is on the other side of the bridge from Gulf Shores so close enough we can drive to eat or shop but far enough away that it isn't so crowded as places closer to Gulf Shores. The condo was incredibly clean and exactly as described. The addition of the child lock on the main door was a nice addition as we see ourselves using this in the future. No issues and our stay exceeded our expectations. Hope to come back next year!

Great location, main entrance very clean with on site property management

Overall great experience, the condo older master bath, shower head leaking along with toilet stopper sticking had to shake handle keep water from running. Master bed too linen blanket stubborn stain. GREAT STAY!!!!

Lei Lani Never Disappoints!

This condo was exactly as pictured on the website and perfectly clean and welcoming. We had no issues and would be happy to return. The staff sent us all the info we needed to check in and out on time and efficiently. Only difference from our previous visits was the entire beach in front of the building was taken up by the chair/umbrella rental company which meant you had to walk down further on the beach if you brought your own chairs and such and had to go down early to get a spot. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

TV issues

The TV’s were set up as streaming only. Therefore we could not get the local programming. What makes this BAD is that we could keep update tracking of Hurricane Sally and got caught In the storm and my vehicle was damaged with over $5,000 in repairs.

Clean and nicely updated condo with an awesome view! Exactly what I was looking for! We wanted to stay an extra night, as the condo was NOT rented the next night, but they were not willing to work with us on it, so we left.

The condo was cute and in a quiet beach location.

The checkin in Vacasa was very smooth. The service sent a representative around to check on us which was thoughtful. To the property owner, the bathroom needs to be updated to the same level as the living area. I found the shower and toilet were aged and that was dissatisfying in an overall very nice condo.

Great Condo for a couple

This our second year staying here and we love the location and the condo is very comfortable. My only little complaint is the dresser drawers in the bedroom have a VERY strong musty smell so we basically lived out of our suitcase. We were hoping it had been remedied since last year, but sadly it hadn’t. Other than that, it’s a cute unit.
