Make your visit to Cooperstown truly unforgettable by choosing The Smith House as your home for your home for your stay. The house is passionately cared for and comes with all the amenities and thoughtful touches that will provide everything you need for a great vacation.

The Smith House is perfect for multiple-families who are visiting for the Cooperstown Dreams Park, for extended-family gatherings, or for large groups who are here to enjoy the beautiful scenery and everything else that Cooperstown has to offer.

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4,500 square-foot home has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Gather as a whole group in the Great Room or Basement Entertainment space, or enjoy a quieter experience in our Billiard Room, Keeping Room, or out on our spacious Deck.

Get outside to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, or play a night game on the illuminated whiffle ball field. This secluded property offers 17 acres for nature lovers to explore to get outside and enjoy Upstate New York.

This home has been carefully updated and completed with all new furniture. Follow @TheSmithHouseCooperstown on Instagram and Facebook.

*Reservations are only available on a 6-night basis during the summer months, following the schedule for the Cooperstown Dreams Park.*

The house was simply amazing. Exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could ask for, the hot tub was huge and the perfect temperature, and the amenities (rec room) were fun for everyone. Would definitely go back in the future.

Relaxing Retreat

Beautiful House and Location!

Our stay at the Smith House was absolutely amazing. This is by far the best VRBO our family has stayed in. The house was perfect for our family to gather for our daughters wedding which was held at the Farmers Museum. The layout, rooms, and property, exceeded our expectations. Loved this house!

The Smith House

We had a great stay at the Smith house. We really loved staying there and the house was as beautiful as described. The check-in/check-out process was easy. All the directions from Tim were great and we truly enjoyed our time there. Will definitely book this house again.

Excellent location and beautiful home

The Smith house was the perfect choice for our group during our week at dreams park. The location was so close to the fields and in a beautiful, quiet setting. The house is spacious inside and the game areas were perfect for keeping the kids busy during downtime. The owner was very helpful as well and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property!
