Beautifully appointed, immaculate, and comfortable home, with a spacious deck and mountain view just 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 1.6 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Convenient to area hiking, fishing, kayaking, great restaurants, and all that Cooperstown has to offer. Our home offers a first floor master bedroom with ensuite bath, and an inviting great room with kitchen, dining room, and living room perfect for family gatherings. There is a small study/gaming room too. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms each with a queen and a twin bed and two very spacious bathrooms. Our home was fully renovated 2 years ago. Great light, comfortable beds, and quick wifi are the icing on the cake!

Cozy near Cooperstown

Perfect getaway for me and my friends on a blustery winter weekend. Plenty of space for all of us with a great gathering area.

My family has been to Cooperstown Dreams Park the past two years. Without question, this was the perfect home for us. It was warm and welcoming with a wonderful floor plan to accommodate our large family. We especially liked how close it is to Dreams Park, Ommegang Brewery, and Upstate Bar and Grill. Great communication from Gina throughout our stay. Thanks Gina for sharing your home with us!

Great stay

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend. My family fit great, plenty of beds and a nice private master with ensuite bathroom away from the other 3 rooms. 5 toilets and 4 full showers is perfect for several families to get ready in the am. And the bathrooms are huge!

Came for the Savannah Bananas final game of the year at Doubleday Field, needed a place for my husband and myself, my 3 boys and their girlfriends, everyone have their own bedroom and bathroom which is what I always look for when going with the group, the house was perfect for our needs….would recommend it again and again!

Great place for friends to gather

My husband and I and three other couples thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Cooperstown area in this wonderful well equipped, clean and comfortable home. Gina thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and easy to enjoy. The kitchen, even though small, was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. We loved the combination dining room/living area, which had plenty of comfy seating for six. We just used the dining room chairs to accommodate two other people. The bathrooms are large and again well stocked with towels, etc. ,even a make up mirror. The shower was warm with good water pressure, The bedrooms were all a good size and equipped /furnished with end tables, clothes hanging racks, and lamps with built in device chargers. We also enjoyed the outside deck with cushioned chairs. We did not use the grill but it appeared to be in good condition. I would, without a doubt, rent this house again. Above all, Gina was very quick with answering our questions and requests. Thank you again Gina for putting great thought into providing a great stay.

Great for families visiting the Dreams Park

This home was very comfortable and accommodating for my family of 8. Very clean and nicely updated! We visited Cooperstown to participate in the Dreams Park Tournament and I was just wonderful being so close. Allowed time to relax between games. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and BBQing. If we get the opportunity to come back to Cooperstown, I hope to stay here again!!

Ommegang Get-away

Our VRBO was perfect for our get-away to see the Avett Brothers at Ommegang Brewery. We had a group of 8, 4 couples and the VRBO was perfect for our group. The house was very well appointed with all of the amenities we needed for a clean and comfortable stay. The house was conveniently located, only a 10 min drive to Ommegang. Also close to the Baseball Hall of Fame. And near hiking trails (Mud Lake Trail). Our host, Gina, was very helpful and informative. We’ll definitely consider renting this VRBO again in the future.

Excellent house

Gina, the property manager was a pleasure to work with. She was easy to reach and quite friendly. The house was great and I look forward to returning. Great amenities and a nice view too.

Best Bet - close to Cooperstown / Baseball Hall of Fame

Our stay at Best Bet was so enjoyable. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Location is close to Cooperstown / Baseball Hall of Fame, which was our interest. Added plus, beautiful view from the porch and great nighttime star gazing. Gina was a great host, very responsive to our needs and questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Family Wedding

We were looking for a rental large enough to accommodate 4 families. My brother's fiance grew up in Milford and their wedding was going to be there. It took a while, but finally we found Best Bet! Gina was helpful with questions before I booked. There was a small issue with a kitchen appliance which was handled quickly. We enjoyed our time there... Unfortunately we aren't baseball fans, that was the only negative for us. Wedding was great! Thanks again, Gina!
