Long Jetty Beach House

Situated almost perfectly between Toowoon Bay Beach and the famous "Long Jetty", you are just 10 minutes walk from both. Blue Bay Beach is only a further 2 minutes walk away, with the most serene, kid-friendly lagoon at mid to low tide. There are plenty of amazing cafes, eateries and boutique shops even closer!

The house is graced by the welcome Nor-Easters on hot summer days, making it the ideal spot to relax after a busy day at the beach or shopping. Far enough away from the busy summer streets, but close enough to enjoy all of what Long Jetty has to offer, your family will make memories to cherish for years to come.

Major supermarkets are 5 minutes away in either Bateau Bay or The Entrance shopping centres.
*** Please Note *** You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, beach and bath towels as these are not provided. Doonas, pillows, bath mats and hand towels are provided. There is no microwave.

Upstairs

- Expansive upstairs balcony with cosy lounge setting and hammock. The perfect spot to catch the Nor-Easter on those hot Summer afternoons.
- Large rumpus/living room which acts as a toy room for the kids. Plenty of toys to choose from. 55" smart TV
- Master bedroom with King Bed and walk in robe. Jack & Jill access to the upstairs bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 with a single and double bed, mirrored built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and block out curtains.
- Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and block out curtains.
- Bathroom with large bath, shower & toilet.

Downstairs

- Large light-filled living room with comfy lounge and arm chair. 60" smart TV.
- Open & airy dining room which flows seamlessly to the rear yard.
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, large pantry and fridge.
- Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, wall mirror and cabinet storage. Second bathroom is next door.
- Bathroom with shower & toilet.
- External laundry with washing machine.
- Gym in garage with power rack, roman chair, dumbells, barbells and plyo box.

Rear Yard
- Private oasis with large outdoor table.
- Artificial grass.
- Huge clothesline.

Front Yard
- Fully fenced front yard with large grass area. Perfect for some Finska or ball games with the kids.
- Large driveway area behind electronic gate.
- Ample off street parking.

Gym and gym equipment is to be used as users risk. We, the owners, accept no liability for any injury caused.

Any damage or breakages will incur a fee of 'cost price' plus 10%.

BBQ and fat trap needs to be cleaned before departure, a $300 excess cleaning fee will apply if not left in a satisfactory condition.
