Perfectly positioned on the water's edge, this modern retreat offers uninterrupted lake and mountain views and is just steps away from the Frankton Track and your very own beach.
There is a carpark for one vehicle or conveniently you can take the bus from the top of the driveway.
It's also a short drive to the Five Mile Shopping area and the Remarkables Shopping Centre.
The apartment is in the Residence du Lac complex at 527 Frankton Road.
Located on level 2 (of 3), the apartment provides uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and nearby mountains including the Remarkables.
The 2 bedrooms sleep 4 people in a King bed in the master bedroom and a large double sofa bed in second bedroom. (From 1 May 2026, this will be 2 single beds).
The apartment has a good sized kitchen and separate laundry with full size washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom / toilet is fully tiled and has underfloor heating for those crispy mornings.
Air conditioning is in the main living room with wall heaters in both bedrooms so you will never be cold.
On the tiled balcony, there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining.
