Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town (8-10 minutes walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space:
Escape to this stunning retreat in the heart of Queenstown, boasting three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample living space for families or groups of friends. This modern haven is designed to provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation experience, with an open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils. Prepare delicious meals with ease and enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and the majestic Remarkables Mountain Range, which can be admired from nearly every room in the property.
Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a 50-inch internet-enabled TV, perfect for entertainment or relaxing with loved ones. The property boasts high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring seamless connectivity. For added comfort, a large air conditioning unit (heat pump) is installed in the main living room, while each bedroom has additional heaters available for personalized temperature control.
Both bathrooms are equipped with heat lamps, providing warmth and comfort after a day of exploring. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in one of the bathrooms, making it easy to keep your belongings clean and fresh.
To ensure a restful night's sleep, we provide exceptionally clean linens, towels, and high-quality memory foam pillows for all beds. This luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your Queenstown getaway.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 Super King Size Bed that can be made into 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Super King Size Bed that can be made into 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Bunk Beds) The bunk bed frame is a commercial grade steel frame, designed for adults. It is rated to support 100kg per bed (200 kgs max).
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival how you would like the beds set up. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.
Please, no pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire top level of the house.
There is another apartment below the house which has a long term tenant. There is no internal access between the house and the lower apartment. The tenants are very quiet and will not cause you any issues.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.9 kilometers
Distance from Coronet Peak: 17.1 Kilometers
