Disfruta de tu visita a Queenstown con comodidad en esta casa espaciosa de 5 dormitorios frente al lago. Sunny Kelvin Heights es un lugar deseable para quedarse. Salga por la puerta del sendero para caminar y andar en bicicleta para un corto paseo, o para los más aventureros, el sendero va en dirección a Queenstown en una dirección y hasta el campo de golf Jacks Point en la otra dirección.

El aeropuerto, las grandes tiendas de comestibles, las tiendas y los restaurantes en Frankton se encuentran a 5-10 minutos en automóvil. El centro de Queenstown es un paseo panorámico de 15-20 minutos alrededor del lago. Queenstown también puede acceder a Queenstown Water Taxi, que lo recogerá en el embarcadero más cercano (¡solo 3 casas abajo!).

House was amazing, perfect location with a great view and really easy to access Queenstown only a short drive or short access by water taxi. Accommodation had everything we needed as well and the host were amazing. Definitely recommended to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, you won’t beat the view

The house was well stocked, clean and the views were beautiful.Even better than the pictures, some furniture has been updated. Close to town, easy access to water taxi and golf courses. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place to stay

A wonderful place to stay for 7 adults, and could comfortably fit more. This house has been made to feel like a home and is ideally situated on the sunny side of Queenstown with easy access to the walking track below. Would 100% recommend as a place to stay.

30th Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing stay. The view was absolutely stunning, we could not stop looking out the window. The house was ideal for our large family group, meeting our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again.

Friends Adventure

Having spent a week travelling the South Island we rendezvoused with friends at the Kelvin Heights house for a week of adventure activities in and around Queenstown.The house is a great size for 2 families with 4 boys aged 10 thru 16, 2 living spaces makes a big difference, and all amenities were thought of.Deb was attentive and helpful in the lead up to and during our stay.Thanks again for a lovely property!

Kelvin Heights stunning location

We've stayed at this beautiful house twice now. The location and views are fantastic. Convenient to Queenstown via water taxi and short walk to jetty via the beach path. Deb, our host was very good at communicating. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Well be back.

Perfect spot for an extended family break

We were thrilled with our weekend stay. 5 couples stayed for a family wedding. The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Even the lovely garden and lake access for the pre wedding photos. Immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could possibly want. Thanks so much.

Spectacular views

We enjoyed our weeks stay in this very comfortable and well stocked home waking up with spectacular views of the lake and snow capped mountains above Queenstown. Perfect location to The Remarkables ski field avoiding the very long traffic queues in and out of Queenstown, definitely the best decision we made. More time adventuring, less time wasted sitting in traffic

An Amazing Home Away From Home

The house had the perfect balance of space for whole group time and separate group time. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with good fixtures. There was good storage space in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The views were outstanding. The house is a tiny bit of an extra drive to the city but perfectly placed for a quick drive to the airport and is so close to the Remarkables. There are good shopping centres nearby. Would stay again!

Wonderful house

We stayed here as a family of four, two adults and two children. There was so much space and more rooms than we needed. Fabulous. The kitchen has been carefully thought out and has every utensil necessary to feel as though you are cooking at home. The bathrooms are lovely with wet rooms and a large bath in the main bathroom. Plenty of room for larger families also. The path from the house leads to the lake footpath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you :)

Couldn’t be better

7 of us stayed at at this entirely perfect home right in the lake. The bedrooms were large and plentiful, there was more living space, both inside and out, than we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host Deb was quick, flexible and helpful. The location is stunning with views from almost all rooms. The water taxi into town was an added plus we didn’t expect. We visited in the fall, when crowds were less so had no trouble boarding; I can see where in the summer it might take more planning to make certain you could catch a return trip. The walking/biking path along the lake, that is accessed through the yard, is beautiful. All of us would absolutely recommend this to others, and wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place about 40 minutes from Queenstown, or 5 minutes if you are lucky

I booked this place for a group of four who were arriving from the US for a writing retreat and we needed two days to get through jet lag prior to the retreat start. The house is beautiful, and the yard goes down to the lake. It’s an easy five minute walk to a water taxi that takes you into Oueenstown in a very short time, if you are lucky enough to get on. And then lucky enough to get back on said water taxi. Twice our group got on, and twice ( once in Queenstown and once trying to leave from Bayview, the stop closest to the house.) If the taxi can’t take you it’s about $75 from the house to Queenstown by taxi, Uber is a bit less, but in high season we weren’t able to always get an Uber. For many vationers who arrive with a car this will not be an issue. This was my fist time in Queenstown, and I had no idea the distance nor cost of getting back and forth. As for the house itself, it is beautiful, clean, spacious and a comfortable. We weren’t able to get the dishwasher turned on, and called the host to let her know, as there is a request to wash the dishes in the dishwasher. Deb was very quick to give us permission for an early arrival, though in the end we didn’t need it. Would recommend this place to anyone with a car, if they were interested in going into Queenstown.if Queenstown isn’t of interest this would be a great house to just relax in, though brings food and the ingredients you would need to cook, there is coffee, sugar, and tea provided.
