The Space:
***Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions. ***

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a relaxing living room and a dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen, which features a large island, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and an induction cooktop. The kitchen opens into a spacious family room, complete with built-in cabinets and a fireplace. A hallway near the living area leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard with a pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing with family and friends!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
