• Location – Conveniently located less than 3 minutes from downtown Columbus and less than 15 minutes from Fort Benning!

• 4 Spacious Bedrooms – Comfortable king and queen beds, cozy linens, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Two bedrooms per floor.

• 2.5 Bathrooms – Enjoy the convenience of updated bathrooms with all the essentials, including hair dryer. One full bathroom per floor and half bath on 1st floor.

• Private Pool – Take a refreshing dip in the pool with fun floats or lounge poolside in the sun. The pool is not heated but remains open year-round for guests to enjoy.

• Outdoor Grill & Fire Pit – Enjoy BBQs on your choice of propane or charcoal grill and gather under twinkling string lights for evenings of laughter and s’mores around the fire pit.

• Game Room – A perfect spot for family game nights or friendly competition with board games and gaming table (2 in 1 pool and air hockey table).

• Essentials – Essentials are provided for your convenience for short stays; be prepared to bring or purchase additional essentials for longer stays. Essentials provided include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, Clorox wipes, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, coffee and various teas. We provide stock for short stays; be prepared to bring or purchase additional essentials stock for longer stays.

• Private Parking – Private parking is available for up to two cars inside the fenced backyard, with additional space available in the driveway and street.

• Furry Family Members Allowed – A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee per pet. House is equipped with two large crates, dog beds, dog water/food bowls, and a fenced backyard. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and guests must clean after their dogs. Guests will incur additional fees if guidelines are not followed.

HOUSE RULES/INFORMATION
• Check-in: after 4PM.
• Check-out: by 10AM.
• Quiet hours are enforced by the county from 10pm to 7am.
• House parties are prohibited, but celebrating special occasions are welcome and encouraged. Let me know of any planned events to ensure they meet the guidelines.
• Smoking and vaping are PROHIBITED indoors.
• The house is reserved for the primary guest and their group.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is cleaned every Monday and takes about an hour. The maintenance tech won’t enter the house.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests; a $25 per night fee applies for each guest beyond 8 people.
• Be aware: The pool lacks a surrounding fence. Exercise caution when visiting with children. By booking this property you agree to the following - guests swim in pool at their own risk.
• Your safety matters: This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 2 on the front entrance facing the front door, and 2 in the back facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
• Must be 25+ to book. If guests under 25 are present, a responsible adult age 25+ must remain on the property at all times. Violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.

The entire house is yours while you stay here. There are a few locked closets for extra supplies so please do not try and open these.
