Family beach get away.

Beautiful gated community. Beach house was perfect for small group, and so close to the beach. Also very convenient to 30 A area or quick drive to Panama City Beach.

Loved the location! However there was a very strong odor that smelled of Sewer during the night. Notified the rental agency, representative stopped by and said they would get back with us. Never heard from anyone again! The odor was very overcoming!

Great place!

My husband and I just stayed at Bimini and we loved it! We love Carillon. Bikes were great! House was Perfect size for us. We would stay again anytime. Very close to beach. Property management was great also.

Very nice place..

The place was very nice and clean. Perfect size for a family of 4. Would be nice if we were supplied with more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, 3 tide pods and 3 laundry pods.

Great beach home!

We had a great stay at Bimini Cottage this past week. It was perfect for our family of 4 with young children. The house was clean and well-stocked. The property manager, Oversee, had excellent communication before and during our stay. The house is very close to the beach access point and also just a short walk to the Bellview community pool as well as Market Street for coffee, ice cream and pizza. We would recommend this home to others and would book again in the future. We love Carillon Beach!

Serene & pleasant cottage

This was a quaint cottage home with a perfect location to the beach. We are a family of four & the right size home for our vacation week. The property manager needs to update the living room photo to show the new beige sofa which is much more appealing than the purple one featured on the rental page. Overall wonderful experience with this home.

December 2020 Stay

We loved staying at Bimini! It was perfect for our family of 3. Great layout of the house and so close to the beach and pool. The Oversee was great at responding to a few minor issues we had. They also welcomed us to the house by providing a few starter packs coffee!!! Thank you! The house needs some updating, so if you're seeking perfection, then this isn't the house for you. But if you're seeking a home that will provide a kitchen, living room with TV(Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) and comfy rooms, then this is the perfect place to settle down for a week, two weeks, even longer. We'd definitely return in the future to Bimini!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the locator our rental. However a few things could’ve made it better. The cutlery was awfully dull, and in need of an update. The master bed was uncomfortable. The porch off the master wasn’t as pictured. We enjoy Carillon, but we’re disappointed with our choice.

Worst place ever

This place is called Bimini , not Sunnyside. The oven was broken, the bathtub nasty, dirty underwear and sheets found in coffee table trunk, bugs, raw meat leaked in fridge, very very old and outdated bathrooms, broken handle on microwave. Toilet paper holder fell off wall when attempting to use. Oversee properties managed this and was helpful when we left less than 24 hours and found another place to stay. They apologized and hopefully the owner will spend some time working on his investment!

Beware

This place is in desperate need of an upgrade. The one and only full bathroom is kind of a nightmare (shower/tub is a pain, shower shelf is broken off, light fixture slightly hanging down in shower, threshold of door is loose/broken, etc). The recess lights were hanging down out of their places in the ceiling (someone came to fix that). The outdoor chairs are broken near the outdoor shower. The front door is hard to close and the master bedroom door sticks really bad. Definitely bring your own toilet paper. Overall the stay was okay but that’s mainly due to location to the beach and that beach chairs were included in the rental. Also be aware that this house (currently or previously) allowed Pets to stay. My 1 year old with pet allergies was severely broken out within minutes of being in the house. If this place receives all the upgrades that it needs, j would stay here again.

Great location near the beach

The location of this home is perfect. Only a few houses down from the beach walkover. It's a perfect size for two or a family with a couple small ones. It has been updated some since past reviews. Worked fine for us for the week.

Great location, affordable beach home

Home is located steps from the beach. Property manager was proactive, responsive, and well-organized. Home came with all we needed for a weeklong stay. Home could use a couple updates but for the price, it is a great place to stay.

Perfect for family with kids

Bimini was the perfect house for our family of 4. It’s a very short walk from the beach. The three pools and basketball court were so nice. The included beach loungers with umbrella were wonderful! We enjoyed the private beach. The house was clean and with comfortable beds and furniture. Could use some new shower doors, but they served their purpose. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We didn't need to communicate with the host at all while we were there but they were very attentive and communicated well before and after. The beach access was at the end of our street and only five or six houses down. It was a short walk or ride on the bikes provided to get to any of our other friends and pools in the neighborhood. I read a couple reviews before booking but spoke directly with the management company and was assured any all all previous issues wwere addressed and taken care of. They were right and I'd definitely rent this house again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience and management was responsive. Upon arrival, after 8 pm, the door code did not work. Two calls were made to the after hours telephone number before anyone returned my call. A shower door was broken and leaning up against the wall inside the bathtub. Management had the door repaired after two phone calls. There were large cockroaches seen and killed crawling out of drawers in the kitchen cabinets and in the living area. Management didn’t know the code to the gated community pools but a neighborhood provided it. Each time I contacted management they responded and were polite and helpful. The cottage was cute and clean overall but the kitchen and bedroom furniture needs updating as does the washer/dryer unit. There’s no closet in one bedroom. Okay space for one to three people. It was in an excellent location.

last minute 4th of July trip

Cute cottage in great location. Overall had a great week but would not rent this cottage again until repairs and maintenance completed. Washer and dryer very old and dryer took multiple cycles for even small loads. Rotting wood outside and home needs painting inside and out. Cabinets worn, many tiles in bathroom needing repair, mattresses hard, couch worn and covered in slipcover. Great potential and with a bit of updating and TLC will be outstanding. All of my concerns were shared with property management company. Oversee management company excellent to work with and very responsive.
