Offering over 2,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this home is well-suited for large families, group getaways, and extended stays.

With multiple living areas, a dedicated office suite, and updated furnishings throughout, the home combines functionality, comfort, and refined coastal style.

Wonderful!

The property was extremely clean and in a perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and were great with communication prior to and during our stay. The private beach access made a world of difference for our stay and made it worth every second, we absolutely will be back!

We loved our stay at Jules in the Sand! There was plenty of room for all 17 family members and it is decorated beautifully!! It was only a short walk to the beach and the beach was not heavily populated. Such a pleasant experience!! Would definitely return!

My family had an amazing trip. The house was so clean. Great kitchen to make family meals after a day on the beach. Walking distance from beach. Very comfortable beads and lots of room for everyone!

Family & Friends Vacation

My family has stayed at Carillon Beach for several years now and we just love coming back time and time again. This year we vacationed with a couple other families and stayed at Jules in the Sand. We loved the house! It was perfect for what we needed as we had a lot of kids with us. The check-in was super easy and the neighborhood was amazing. We can't wait to come back again!

Picture Perfect Beach Stay

Jules in the Sand was the perfect fit for our beach trip! There was plenty of space, it was well kept, and we had everything we needed, including some amazing beach chairs reserved for us! The neighborhood is cute and peaceful and was right along the beach. The management was very communicative and easy to work with, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful House, wonderful week

The house is beautifully decorated and also clean. It was ready for us on time. It is a short walk to the beach and to one of the pools. There were 11 of us who stayed comfortably in the house. I would recommend it to anyone. We had a wonderful week. Warren Beach Rentals has excellent customer service.

We enjoyed spring break in Carillon and are repeat guests. This home was the nicest we have rented at the resort. Well cared for, updated, clean, and comfortable. Ample room for 2 couples and our kids. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beach was really close by. Great Experience.

The perfect summer vacation

My family and I absolutely fell in love with this home! Super clean and organized. Over was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Location was perfect. It’s a quick 4 mins walk to the beach and some local shops. Would definitely love to come back.

Convenient walk to the beach or pools; easy rental of bikes within walking distance at Shipwreck General Store; loved the umbrella and chaises on the beach already set up for us. House is spacious and up-to-date; quick drive to shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach! 😎

Just a wonderful home for a family vacation - absolutely loved those big porches!! Carillon is an exception neighborhood and so easy to get around. The pools are great and the Gulf was blue! Also loved renting from Warren Beach Rentals. Their customer service is the best; super responsive!! Can't wait to come back

Fantastic House

Wow! What a great vacation home in lovely Carillon Beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easily accessible to the beach along with the shops and restaurants in Carillon. Pier Park area just a quick 10 minute drive. This house was just as described and made the decision to come back here an easy one.

In LOVE with this home!

We were speechless from the moment we walked in the door. The furnishings suited the home and our family perfectly. We always stay Carillon Beach, everyone loves the area and amenities in the community. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the outside of the home and spent mornings on the patio with coffee and evenings with cocktails. We’ve already booked our next vacation here and cannot wait to be back!

Absolute perfection

Absolutely LOVED this home. It was such a nice and roomy layout. The street its located looks like its right out of a painting. Just Lovely. Warren Beach Rentals team was very responsive and answered all of our questions prior to arrival making this stress free and easy. The beach was huge, uncrowded, and easily accessible. Carillon was a home run, and this home was an absolute jewel. We will be back.

The house was amazing it had everything we needed from comfy beds to beach towels. The house is super clean and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped as were all the rooms. The small touches (i.e. slippers and robes in the upstairs rooms) made it even more special. We will definitely be renting here again.

We LOVE this house!

We had an incredible time with our family at Jules in the Sand. The house was awesome, sitting on the front porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach, cafe, etc but being we had an infant with us we rented a golf cart - which was probably overkill! Location was great. My only gripe was a ‘new’ system for QR code. It took me asking for QR code but our code to access beach and pools didn’t work. We had a neighbor give us theirs and we used it all week instead, which was fine. Overall, this was an incredible vacation - in a great house, in a beautiful neighborhood. The ‘private’ beach is quiet, not crowded and beach service with chairs and umbrellas is underrated! We loved everything Jules in the Sand had to offer. Thanks again!

The house was spotless and furnished with all new furniture! The property manager, Karen was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. The location is so close to the airport so it was only 20 minutes to pick up my kids who flew in from Chicago. Jules was also set up as a smart house with streaming smart TVs, and music on the porches and main floors. The beach was a short stroll away, and we loved that there were bike rentals on property! We will be back!!

So spacious and the front porch was a big hit for morning coffee and evening cocktails. This house is so well stocked from the kitchen to the coffee/bar nook. The walk to the beach was so pretty and the sunsets from the pavilion amazing. The beds were so comfortable and loved the touch of every room has a vanity with a makeup mirror. Really nice touch. The property description is spot on. Karen was so easy to work with. Another girls weekend already in the make at Jules in the Sand. Highly recommend.

It’s the best porch in Carillon! We had plenty of room and even an office for one of our children who works remote. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The home had a brand new Speed Queen washer and dryer , and the washer had a warranty issue, but the property manager came over right away and washed our clothes for us, until a repair man could come. Now that’s customer service! We will definitely be returning to this property!

The outside porches are just like home and nice to sit outside in the mornings drinking coffee. The pools and beach are a very short walk too and the scenery is beautiful to take in while going . I would prepare you for the steps to the beach though. We always pack a wagon for the beach with coolers food and beach games. The first few days we carried the wagon up and down all the steps . Ugh not fun. So make sure if you have a lot of stuff that you have a lot of people who can carry items up and down. A ramp would be great addition. All in all loved this place
