This is a three level condo with living space on the ground floor and walkout basement. Great views of Bear Lake! We are located across the street from the Bear Lake marina. You will have access to the pool and tennis courts at Harbor Village.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and very nice accommodations. Parking can be a bit tricky, but overall not bad. We would definitely book this stay again.

We had such an awesome experience. We have stayed in Bear Lake before and have always enjoyed it. The location of this property was perfect. We could walk to the beach and to get raspberry shakes. Beautiful property, pickle ball courts and pool. Hosts were great at communicating. We had zero issues and would definitely stay again.

On the beach.

It was spacious with a spectacular view of the lake. It was clean and comfortable. The family enjoyed the stay very much.

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family and extended family. It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Being right across from the marina, we could go boating with friends and family and then go back to the AC and let the babies nap. There were comfortable beds for everyone. The property manager was helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be renting this again!

This is a lovely home with great views of the lake! The home was clean and well-stocked with towels and soap. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for our simple meal preparations. Our family of 8 adults and teens was very comfortable here. We had a couple beds to spare and I can imagine kids being very comfortable here as well. We had a two separate issues arise and the owner responded to both our phone calls promptly. The parking in front of the house is a little tight to get into since the street is rather narrow, but we were able to park our minivan and medium-sized truck there. The overflow parking lot is just a short walk away and we parked a third car there as well. There is a grocery store just minutes from the home. We spent one afternoon at the resort pool and it was large and clean with a nice shallow area for little ones. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Garden City!

Amazing

Perfect for families. This was our favorite rental and we travel a lot. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Crockpot griddle blender, plenty of dishes n pans. Bring extra towels for showering and internet stops alot - usually we are not in rental a lot but this trip the adults wanted to just relax. Rental has ac and extra fans that were very appreciated. Rita the owner was amazing to work with and quick to respond. We used the pool n hot tub alot.

Close to marina, groceries, shakes

Two families met up here. We enjoyed the town, the lake and each other! The lawn was perfect for ultimate frisbee and football. The kitchen was large enough to have two cooks preparing meals for 13 people. Excellent views of the lake! Strict parking rules, especially on weekends. We had one vehicle parked diagonally on the tiny driveway so as not to hang over into the street. The second vehicle was extra long, so they technically should have parked in overflow parking, which was a bit of a walk. There were no other people there Tuesday and Wednesday, so they parked horizontally instead of straight in on the gravel across from the driveway. Plenty of trash bags provided. If you follow their instructions for how to cool the place, their ac can get it downright chilly! The pool is large, clean, and has lots of chairs and loungers around it. The hot tub is big and the perfect temp too. We had a great time in the area. The raspberry and huckleberry shakes are great, as is the Muddy Buddy shake at Zips. We rented e-bikes one day, but the highlight for everyone was renting a pontoon boat with a tube and seadoo for four hours. What a great little town! I’d love to return.

Roomy townhouse close to state park marina

Great place to stay with family. Comfortable and close to state park marina. Easy communication with owner. Clean. Nice deck space and lawn facing the lake for games and relaxing.

Perfect Getaway

The process was seamless, the property was as described, it had plenty of kitchen things to make meals and plenty of space! The view was incredible and it was so awesome to be so near downtown. Would definitely recommend!
