Our large modern townhouse is a perfect space with plenty of room for any group. The upstairs open plan living/dining area provides a sun soaked space to relax and unwind. Upstairs there is also a full kitchen, separate toilet, and master bedroom with ensuite shower. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a separate bathroom and internal access to a double garage with laundry. Additional carparking also available outside the garage. only 15 minutes walk to One NZ Stadium. A fantastic space to explore the city!

The house is comfortable for up to 6 guests for longer stays. Up to 8 guests will find the space fine for shorter stays. Base price includes 3 beds for 1-6 occupants. Sofa bed available for additional charge or automatically included for groups of 7–8. Please advise when booking if the sofa bed is required for groups of 6 or less.

Please note the full kitchen, living area, and main king bedroom are upstairs. This may not be suitable for individuals that have mobility issues walking up a flight of stairs. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
