Welcome to our beautiful 2x 3-storey townhouses side by side! This property combines two adjacent 3-storey homes, creating a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom space ideal for groups and families. Please note that you’ll have full access to both townhouses, as they are next to each other within the same complex.
• The ground floor features an open layout, connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying drinks and snacks in the afternoon sun. Please note one townhouse has the Dining area on the top floor with a balcony.
One house has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
• The laundry includes a washing machine with laundry powder provided, along with a clothes airer and clothesline for your convenience.
• One property in the living room offers a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress for 2 additional guests, ensuring your extra guest can sleep in comfort. Please note sofa bed linen is an additional fee.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes handy appliances: Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Rice cooker. Salt, Pepper, Oil, Paper Towels, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Sugar, Sweet Treats, Milk.
• A flight of stairs leads to a serene bedroom with a plush Queen bed, along with a modern full bathroom on the 2nd level.
• The third floor features an additional bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and a walk-in robe. This bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, heated towel rails, and vanities offering great storage. Please note the 3rd floor of one house has the Dining and living room area.
Spread across three storeys, these properties offers comfort, convenience, and space for 10 guests. Expect professionally laundered linens and towels on incredibly comfortable bedding, ensuring a 5-star luxury experience.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you`ll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we`ve put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer is located in a separate cupboard.
This property does not have an allocated car parks; street parking only is available. There is parking available on St. Asaph Street.
