The living areas—comprising the lounge, dining room, and kitchen—form a single, open-plan space of 60 m² with access to a 70 m² terrace.

There are 4 ground-floor double bedrooms (each with a 140 cm double bed), accommodating up to 8 people. The house features a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an outdoor "beach shower."

Note: This house is listed EXCLUSIVELY on Abritel (HomeAway) and no other rental site.

Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Piraillan market (open daily from late June through September) and 5 minutes from the cycle path leading to the ocean beaches (Garonne and Truc Vert); the beach at Le Canon is a 15-minute walk away. With its east-west orientation, the house enjoys a very quiet and peaceful setting.

LIVING AREAS, TERRACE, AND POOL

The lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen form a functional, sociable open-plan area that opens onto a large covered terrace and the swimming pool.

The highly functional kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary small appliances.
The dining area centers around a large wooden table, with seating and tableware for 8 guests.
The rest of the large room features a lounge area with two sofas and a coffee table.

The swimming pool (4 x 8 m) features a permanent, safety-certified roof structure. The poolside area is furnished with sun loungers and deckchairs.
The terrace includes a table and chairs for 8 people, a charcoal BBQ area, and a covered outdoor seating area.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine.
