Prime Location: Situated in the bustling center of Surfers Paradise, just steps away from world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Spectacular Views: Enjoy breathtaking ocean and city views, perfect for sunrise or a relaxing evening.
Modern Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, air conditioning, and laundry facilities for a seamless stay.
Resort-Style Living: Access to premium building amenities such as a pool, gym, and secure parking (amenities may vary).

- Indoor pool & sauna are on the level 33

- If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours.
- Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed.
- The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out
- Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest.
