Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,240 sq ft of living space, it's the perfect basecamp to explore all the Telluride area has to offer. Located just miles from the world class Telluride ski and golf resort, come experience the tranquility and beauty of the San Juan mountains and enjoy the finest in skiing, hiking, biking as well as cultural activities!
This home is nestled within the aspens and has a private tree house vibe with a huge wrap around deck. The main floor open concept kitchen, living and dining room is truly the heart of the home, featuring tons of counter space and stainless steal appliances, lofted ceilings with wood beam accents and a huge wood burning fireplace. Also on this main living level are the 2 queen guest rooms sharing a spacious bathroom with a step-in shower and each boasting plenty of closet space and tons of natural light.
Located right off the kitchen is access to the spacious open air loft which is the perfect flex space. The large desk/work area makes working remotely a breeze and the sitting area with a flat screen TV is a great spot to curl up with a glass of wine and a good book or movie. Also located on this upper level is the private primary suite with a cozy queen bed, large closet and a private balcony. The primary ensuite bathroom comes equipped with a double vanity and a giant soaking tub, perfect to rest your bones after a long day on the mountain.
