Enjoy a stylish experience at Prairie Point. Located close to Perimeter Highway, about 15 mins drive to the airport and 10-15 minutes drive to University of Manitoba. Lake view from the patio.
There are 4 rooms with one king sized bed and three queen sized bed
There are 3 bathrooms
Theres a fire place in the living room space
There are 4 TVs in the house. Three 55 inch TV and one 65 inch TV
There is high ceilings and a huge patio outside where you can do bbq
A fully furnished well functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and stove with other amenities.
A new building that has everything you need
A washing machine and dryer and laundry soap
Shower gel, shampoo, towels, and supplies for the bathroom and linen as well
A smart home with control
A smart lock with your individualized password for safety

It’s a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house which is fully furnished. It has TV in the rooms. The interior decoration was done with great detail to leave a good lasting experience. There are high ceilings, free laundry, and parking. It is a smart home and also has a homey appeal to it. It has a beautiful deck that can be accessed throughout stay. I strongly believe it’s worth the experience!!
