The Space:
• Open plan kitchen, living, dining, capturing lovely natural light and gentle sea breezes. Here you have ducted air conditioning, easy care tiled flooring and direct access out to the undercover alfresco entertaining area. This is an ideal place for weekend BBQ's where you can create special memories all year round.
• The modern kitchen has gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, corner pantry and large breakfast bar. Fantastic storage and bench space, brilliant for cooking up a storm for your family and friends.
• Relax in the front formal living area, gaze out to the paddocks and see the spring lambs frolicking in the distance.
• Master bedroom is overlooking the front garden with a King bed, large walk in robe and a convenient ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
