Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the size of the cottage, the location, and the many amenities provided. That said, I do want to correct a few points. The fans do have functioning remote controls, and I would have been happy to help if you couldn’t locate them. Because this is a large cottage, hot water can take a little longer to reach certain taps and showers, but it normally takes under a minute, not ten minutes. The hot tub was not included in your booking, was not advertised when you reserved, and had only recently been delivered. It was not yet electrically connected or available for guest use. Regarding the digital lock, you messaged me early Sunday morning asking how to lock the door, and I responded approximately 30 minutes later. The lock is secured by pressing the lock button. I will still add clearer instructions for future guests. I appreciate you mentioning the roof leak, and I will address it. I’m glad you still described the cottage as nice, spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. I also think it’s important to clarify that our interactions were friendly and positive until Sunday morning, when you became upset about not knowing how to operate the digital lock and expected an immediate response. I responded within approximately 30 minutes and would have been happy to help with any other concerns during your stay.
